Love the fact they're having much more fun with this season, was getting a little tiresome with characters pointing out the racism & sexism of decades they were in but didn't get any of that with this episode.
Opening credits with the homage to 70s TV shows was brilliant, loved the blue & white uniforms of the shield personnel, a nod to the original Nick Fury Agents of Sheild Marvel comic, was hoping to get a glimpse of Fury in his blue & white spandex outfit lol, as this show no longer ties into the MCU but does still tie in to the Marvel universe thay can pretty much include what they want, within reason of course.
Love the character Enoch, Joel Stoffer is the highlight of this series.
Never really liked the idea of basing this series on so many different aspects of Sheild from its comic history, but that's modern TV procedure, bit from here bit from there, create new characters just for the show & you have an "original" idea, for the most part it's been pretty good, but I'm old school, I would have preferred a series based in the 60s from the original Nick Fury Agents of Sheild, an action packed retro show of spy's & espionage, Stan Lee's influence for Sheild was The Man from U. N. C. L. E TV show & a tongue in cheek action/thriller spy show with each series chronicling a decade, from the 60s to present day with cameos of different Marvel characters would've been brilliant.
