When Glenn and Amy are sitting on the loading dock eating ice pops, in the wide shot, Glenn has his hands held out in front of him (with an ice pop in each) but when it cuts to a closeup, his arms are suddenly crossed (though still holding the correct ice pop in each hand).
After the yellow Mini Cooper drives through the photo of the parking lot and knocks over the piles of ice pops, the piles of ice pops are suddenly rearranged in such a fashion that there wouldn't have been space for the car that pulled through to have fit in the space.
The episode takes place during winter (Garrett even mentions that it's only 10 degrees outside), yet during the outdoor scene in the parking lot, the trees are full of green leaves.
Glenn states that he is researching Lutheran schools for his baby, implying that he is a Lutheran. While it has never been previously revealed what denomination of Christianity he belongs to, his previously espoused views do not align with the Lutheran church.
When Glenn, Amy, Jonah, Mateo, and Cheyenne leave the store, all but Glenn are surprised to see that Marcus has successfully hidden the ice pops that were previously in plain sight. Garrett was the only one who'd seen what a bad job Marcus had done hiding them the first time, and while it's possible that Amy could have seen that previous effort off-screen, Cheyenne and Mateo were in Glenn's office the whole time and wouldn't have known where the ice pops had been hidden or how bad of a job Marcus had done.
Jonah says he wants to take Glenn out to lunch to discuss his "salary." Jonah, like all the floor workers, is an hourly employee, not salaried.
