This is the ultimate foundational routine to experience initial change and learn to move right. This 4-day a week program is designed for preparing your body with basic movements but work enough to see results. Those results can vary: you might see increase in muscle, some fat loss, or a little of both, either way your body will experience positive change in this program. In a single week, this program has two full-body workouts, and two workouts that break up the body into different parts. This is a great program to start your fitness journey.

Welcome to the Rebel 360 Fitness for Strength program. We've designed this program for all fitness levels - we're here to get stronger, build muscle, and achieve your goals. Strength is broken up into 4 days of lifting per week, two days of either Yoga, running or some other cardio, and one full day of recovery. The lifting days are split into two movements: pushing, which includes chest, shoulders and triceps; and pulling: which is back, biceps, and legs. So for your 4 days of lifting, it's two days of pushing, and two days of pulling. Our program has two phases: hypertrophy and force. The first 4 weeks is designed to build hypertrophy, or size of the muscle. This is your Strength workout - like never before.
