I was really excited for this episode, because we would finally get to meet Chelsea's ex-husband and Levi's father, Garrett. The fact that there was a decent hiatus before this episode aired just added to the anticipation. Unfortunately, it was kind of a let down. The whole thing was Garrett was wrapped up too nicely-everyone just forgave him, even Chelsea, and it didn't feel like he had been gone (in prison!) for 3+ years. Now, I know it's Disney, and therefore the plot wouldn't be as intense as it could have been, but come on. The whole thing was really underwhelming. There should have been more build up to Garrett's return, and a bit more drama, especially considering how the characters had talked about Garrett in the past and all he was known to have done. I think it would've been better if the episode was two parts. The subplot with Booker, Nia, and Tess was lame too. Overall, this episode did not leave me nearly as fulfilled as I thought it would. 4/10.
