Lori Evans Taylor (Wicked Wicked Games) and Guy Busick (Ready or Not, Scream 2022) wrote the screenplay.
A fake list erroneously listing actors Tony Todd, Danielle Panabaker, Kay Panabaker, Jared Padalecki, Thomas Dekker, Shjhay Mitchell, Juliana Guill, Amanda Righetti, Willa Ford, Travis Van Winkle, Katrina Bowden, Lindsay Lohan, Lindsey Shaw, and Jamie Chung as the cast for the film started appearing online in 2020, but none of those actors have been officially attached. As of June 2022, the production still hadn't hired a director either.
