- 1881 - TR (Brian Pace) aiding a sick friend in the Western Territories of the American colonies, finds water contamination of an industrial nature. Following clues left behind by a roughneck crew of miscreants, TR heads to Vulcandale - a city in the English colonies. The trail ends at Hamilton Airshipworks - a contractor ostensibly manufacturing weapons and military assets to the global superpowers - France and Spain. But stumbling into this arrangement, TR learns that the owner - Commodore Terrance Hamilton III (David Woods) - is actually planning a double cross between his in-house designer Professor Metz (Arthur Hines) and his financial benefactor Lady Victoria (Rachel Marshall). Wishing to keep this plot a secret, The Commodore directs his security specialists, Turk (Jason Wood), Thai (Phil Sutton) and Ichabod (Ichabod Temperance) to detain and eliminate TR. Now TR must get Lady Victoria and the Professor out of harm's way in time to warn England and the world of the Commodore's duplicitous plans. The trio receives unlikely help from Lucky (Josh Davenport), a member of the Commodore's armed staff who encounters a sudden change of heart. With Lucky's assistance, TR is able to battle his way out of the Commodor's clutches and up to the Professor's secret airship. But between TR's band and apparent escape stand steam powered battle suits, high pressure rifles and airships 'armed to the teeth'. TR must brave a godless mechanical and square off with a martial arts master a thousand feet above the ground before he can find safety for himself and his newfound companions. All in a day's work for a 'troubleshooter' from the Western Territories...
