It Wasn't That Bad!!
Hitchcoc21 February 2019
Bull is brought in when a friend, the husband a very successful contemporary fiction writer, returns to their lake home and she has disappeared. There are so many "set up" clues along the way, that Bull's continuous disbelief (considering what he does) grow tiresome. Let's face it. When an amateur tries to get away with murder, especially of a huge celebrity, it's going to be really hard to pull off.

Show getting worse
mthudak-6229813 February 2019
I think this is the worst episode of the series, or at least that I can remember. The acting was bad all around, and most of the episode was exposition. The characters sat around and explained everything, and nauseam, to one another! The writing was just gawd-awful!! The show has drifted pretty far from its "trial science" base, but I figured that would only last so long anyway. You can only use that hook so many times. Nonetheless, the stories are becoming more ridiculous, and the various characters less interesting. Although I never thought this was a great show, I did enjoy it for light entertainment. If this episode is representative of what's to come, though, I'll probably drop this from my weekly viewing. Oh, well, it was fun while it lasted...

Bump In The Road

I have become a loyal viewer, taping each weekly show. If I fall asleep, it saves me. If I really enjoy the show, it gets many viewings, Not so with this one. The story dragged on with lack luster "guest stars". The last 8 minutes proved to be the FINAL wrap up! Very disappointing after the previous 2 weeks.
