• Tommy Merlyn : She's got a point. It's a lot of drama for the past 24 hours. Maybe we should reconsider Oliver's welcome home party.

  Malcolm Merlyn : No, no, no, no. It'll just look like we're trying to cover something up.

  Oliver Queen : Yeah. And I missed tequila.

• Dark Archer : You don't have to do this.

  Green Arrow : I was thinking the same thing. This is not what Thea would have wanted!

  Dark Archer : Well, that's funny. You know what she used to say?

  Green Arrow : "The dead don't want anything."

  Dark Archer : It's one of the benefits of being dead.

• Tommy Merlyn : So, uh, things you missed while you were gone. I got married and divorced twice. Ah, let's see. What other gossip did you miss?

  Oliver Queen : Our parents getting married.

  Malcolm Merlyn : It's, um...

  Moira Queen : Complicated.

• Laurel Lance : Oh, good! You're still here.

  Oliver Queen : What's going on?

  Laurel Lance : The city's under attack.

  Oliver Queen : By who?

  [At that very moment, a huge wall of antimatter crashes through a section of the entire Starling City Police Department, vaporizing the entire residents of Earth-2, including Rene Ramirez and Dinah Drake] 

  Laurel Lance : We have to get the hell out of here!

  John Diggle : Go where?

  Oliver Queen : Home, to Earth-1! Cisco's device.

  John Diggle : Right.

  [takes Cisco Ramon's transdimensional device out of his jacket and activates it. A transdimensional portal opens up] 

  Moira Queen : [runs straight towards Oliver and stops several feet away from him]  Oliver!

  Oliver Queen : [turns his head and looks at the Earth-2 version of Moira Queen]  Mom?

  [Moira reaches out with her hand and is vaporized by the wall of antimatter. Oliver turns to John Diggle] 

  Oliver Queen : Diggle, you gotta go. Go now!

  John Diggle : Right.

  [goes through the transdimensional portal] 

  Tommy Merlyn : [runs straight towards Oliver and Laurel and stops several feet away from them]  What's happening?

  [Oliver turns his head and looks at the Earth-2 version of Tommy Merlyn and watches helplessly as Tommy is vaporized by the wall of antimatter] 

  Laurel Lance : Oliver!

  [Oliver hesitates momentarily, stunned by what he saw] 

  Laurel Lance : Oliver!

  [Oliver sees the wall of antimatter coming straight for them, and heads straight for the transdimensional portal along with Laurel] 

  Oliver Queen : Laurel, come on!

  [He and Laurel go through the portal together as the wall of antimatter vaporizes what's left of the Starling City Police Department and all of Earth-2 into oblivion] 

• Tommy Merlyn : So I've been thinking it over, and you really were on Lian Yu, because if you had been here, you would've been protecting our sister. So the question is, why are you running around in The Hood's hood?

  Oliver Queen : It doesn't matter.

  Tommy Merlyn : Yes, it does! The Hood is running around this city thinking that he is saving it, and nothing can save it. You don't understand the cancer that has taken over this city.

  Oliver Queen : My God, this is the Undertaking. You stole the dwarf star particles because you want to destroy the Glade and get vengeance for Thea.

  Tommy Merlyn : How could you know that? And what happened to you on that island?

  Oliver Queen : What happened to you while I was on the island?

  Tommy Merlyn : While you were gone, the city has been rotting. It can't be saved!

  Oliver Queen : That's not true, Tommy. I have seen Starling City come back from darker moments than this. It can be redeemed. You can be redeemed.

  Tommy Merlyn : You don't understand what I've seen. You don't how I found our sister. Every time I close my eyes, I see her body lying there, cold, on a dirty floor. So I swore that I would get vengeance on the Glades for what it did to Thea, and I'm not going to let her down. Not again!

  Oliver Queen : That's not gonna make you feel better, Tommy.

  Tommy Merlyn : I don't care about feeling better. I just want the Glades to suffer.

  Oliver Queen : You're a better man than this.

  Tommy Merlyn : That was a different me.

• Green Arrow : I know how devastating it must have been to lose Thea, because we're only as good as the people we have in our lives. I lost people, too, Tommy. I lost people closer to me than I could possibly explain to you. Every one of those losses brings with it a choice between darkness and light. Make the right choice. Are you gonna kill thousands of innocent people, or are you gonna be the man I know you are?

  Tommy Merlyn : [powering his machine down]  That was a pretty good speech.
