The last flooding disaster covered in the episode is the 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake and tsunami. It happened on December 26th 2004. The first half of the segment is fine but then after showing some footage of the tsunami and flooding they start referring to the year it happened as 2005. Some of the video footage shown even has a time stamp that says the year 2004 on it, but for the rest of the segment the year 2005 was said.
