Writers mess up.
acborgia12 April 2019
Warning: Spoilers
How is it possible that Amelia's sisters believed Link was Owen? Did they not attend their brothers funeral? Did they not meet Owen there? Their mom only mentioned meeting Owen when she visited Derek and not at the funeral? Are you telling me Owen wasn't there for Amelia at the funeral? This mess up had me lost when it came to the episode and made it frustrating to watch.

Most of the episode was not very interesting, but the appearance of Tyne Daly made the ending great. She is such an amazing actress! I love her.

The Amelia-Centric Episode we Were all Waiting For!
aarimdb-786107 July 2019
Warning: Spoilers
WOW! I need a drink after this one. I mentioned in a previous review (See #15.16"Blood and Water") how frustrated I was getting with Grey's Stop/Go writing technique. The writers have a habit of introducing excellent storylines that have great potential but fail to follow-through with the outcome. As I said before, and I'll happily say again, Grey's Anatomy season 15 has given me some of my new favorite episodes, but has also given me some skip-worthy ones. When Grey's is good, it's GROUND-BREAKING. When Grey's is bad, it's nearly unwatchable. Some episodes have certainly made me want to bang my head against the wall is they fall victim to the typical Grey's "slumps" where writers seem to have lost their way with their character arcs. HOWEVER, this was not the case for this episode. I am a known Amelia fan. She is absolutely amazing and so incredibly strong. Her sassiness is sexy, and her cockiness is what makes her so good at her job - because she loves to remind others. Her family, though, fails to recognize her talents. This episode was a thrilling look into her failed personal relationships as apposed to her many thriving professional ones. As far as Link goes, on the other hand, I don't exactly like him. I think he's a bit of a snake. However, I do like him with Amelia, and I loved when he defended Amelia in front of her family. In typical Grey's fashion, we get yet another unforgettable dinner night!

Awful and ridiculous.

Warning: Spoilers
This was the worst episode of the series. Amelia is annoying and unlikeable. Does anyone really care about the annoying Shepard women? I don't. Good lord this episode was pure torture.
