Can't believe I am the first to write anything about this show!
As it is in the biz the second season or second album syndrome has taken hold of the show. The freshness of season one is gone, most of the characters are dead or missing, and the motivations of the remaining are questionable. None more so than McKenna, the lead. Instead of telling those who went though the crisis with the cursed Violet she now has the curse and needs help; she lies to them, helps Violet get out of jail, and turns to her for help!
Violet said in season one she has no idea how to get rid of the curse other than to transfer it (like "It Follows). Now she claims to be the only one who can help McKenna, which really I see as another manipulation; one that resulted in charges being dropped against her. Trey and Alex, or at least Trey, did loads of research. They would be the ones to turn to; not the previous victim now antagonist.
I hate when people lie. Really do. In life and on screen. This keeps up, I stop.
