This is one of my favourite episodes of the first season, as it focuses on Ash, the member of the gang who has had the least screentime up until this point. We get to see his family, his struggles to make them happy and how they don't truly accept him for who he is. This episode is quite emotional and shows us how much the main character's care for each other. The whole plot seems to be an homage to Snatch (Irish Traveller boxing, crazy slo-mo knockouts). There is also some really great development for Erin and Dylan's relationship, and this episode is also super funny. It feels like the series at its best, with its comedy, character development and social commentary.
