MovieMom1973 here!! So today my husband, my two teenage daughters and i started watching a new release from Hallmark, the TV show Merry Happy Whatever!! We all loved it so much that i just had to come and tell you all about it!! We're going to watch very episode although not all at once because too much TV at one time is bad for you!! And of course i had my #MOMMYJUICE!! With me the whole time!!

So when the first episode begins, Emmy is bringing Matt home to meet her father Dennis Quaid!! And also the rest of her family because they know what is important which is christmas and family and family being together on christmas!! Dennis Quaid picks them up at the airport in his police car because he is a police car and this makes Matt nervous!! This is understandable because sometimes it can be nerve wracking to meet your significant other's parents for the first time especially if they are authority figures!! My husband was very nervous the first time he met my father who was a librarian!! Then Dennis Quaid puts Matt in the back of his car like a criminal which is like the time my father gave my husband a lecture over a late library book!! #relateable

then they all get back home and they walk inside and there are sixteen golf balls on the wall inside the door and there is also a dog statue by the door and there is another dog statue by the couch and one giant golf ball next to a lamp and then there are four more golf balls on a shelf by the fireplace and twelve spoons on the wall by the doorway to the kitchen that is when Emmy's sister Patsy comes out and greets Emmy and she is so excited which is how sisters should be!! #twentyonegolfballsandtwodogsandtwelvespoons

then Emmy's second sister Kayla and her husband Alan show up when everyone is in the kitchen but we quickly learn that Alan wants a divorce!! My husband and i immediately paused the episode and had a long conversation with our daughters about how family should stick together and if your husband does not like your mom's eggies then that is a red flag!! Also we all cried that Kayla was losing her husband so close to christmas!! But it did help that we all noticed something that looked like a cookie jar in the kitchen and none of us could agree on what it was!! I thought that it was a cookie jar in the shape of a yodeling man but my husband thought that maybe it was a cookie jar and it was shaped like a rabbit with a hat on and my oldest daughter thought it looked like a cookie jar in the shape of a webkinz and my youngest daughter thought it was definitely not a cookie jar and was in the shape of a blob fish!!

Later we go to Sean and Joy's house and Sean is Dennis Quaid's son and Joy is his wife and they have a son who has a conversation with them and it turns out there is another dog statue in their kitchen on the counter!! #threedogs also their kitchen is messy compared to Dennis Quaid's kitchen and that is not good because #acleankitchenisahappykitchen

also Dennis Quaid and Matt try to set up christmas decorations and Dennis Quaid gets hurt and they go to a hospital and it seems like Matt will have to work hard to get Dennis Quaid's approval!! Also my husband is wrong about the cookie jar!! #itisalittleyodelingman!! #MOMMYJUICE!!
