This was one of the strongest pilots I've seen on network TV in a long time. It was a little weird but refreshing to see Walton Goggins play something other than a villian or psycho but he hit just the right tone. Supporting cast is great.

I think critics are going to love the show simply because of who is in front of the camera and who is behind it, but The Unicorn was an absolute mess. Almost no line was funny and the premise has been beaten to death on so many shows in the past.
