This is a really stupid show. Kate is extremely hard and unlikable and the premise is ridiculous. Kate must have some Bill's that need paying. She is such a control freak she may do better as a dominatrix. I got through about 20 min and couldn't take it anymore.

I couldn't make it through 7 minutes of this wretched boring human being... I would love to know what she has on TLC that they keep putting her on the air.... everything since those little kids were tiny and John was around has been god-awful

Please stop putting kate on tv. once and for all. she is horrible, does not deserve a show. her plastic surgery has done nothing to fix her personality. who gives a rat's axx about her dating life?

I watched the complete episode 1, and was very disappointed.

If you watch, you will be deluged with lots of narcissism, boring conversations, and guys that are either paid props or fame seeking themselves, using this poorly formatted show as a stepping stone to their own hopeful careers.

Kate must be totally funding this herself, or TLC is so completely out of ideas for new shows that they're desperate and shameless enough to air this one!

One thought I had was, any guy considering a date with Kate really doesn't have to meet her to see if she's got any potential as a mate - all he has to do is watch the large amount of vids online to see exactly what type of person she is....uh, oh! lol

After divorcing Jon (for making her famous but apparently, not special enough) and destroying the lives of her 8 children: Kate just can't accept that being a parent means putting your kids before yourself. Never the less, she's at it again--trying to show the world that she's worth looking at. Nobody likes you Kate, even Jon wouldn't take you back at this point; anyone with self respect won't watch a show that elevates the ego of someone so absolutely horrible--JUST BECAUSE the V card..

Wow, so much hate. I'm surprised the reviewers bothered watching. I was looking forward to this short series and watch how Kate does on dates. I'm rooting for her in hopes she finds "somebody to love" and vice versa. She's a wonderful person and deserves someone in her life that has her back. Isn't that what we all want? Good luck Kate! Don't give up! On another note, I hadn't realized that the segments were all Queen, the rock band, songs! I just realized it. That was so cool! A great tribute to a great band!!

So many moms (and dads) can 'lose' themselves at times because parenting is a very busy lifestyle, especially if you are a single parent AND have several children like Kate Gosselin! Add a set of twins (2) and a set of septuplets (6) and there aren't enough hours in the day for what has to be done to take care of a family that big, much less taking time to go on dates with strangers. But now the oldest girls are getting ready to go to college and the "little kids" are not far behind.Kate is stepping back into the world of dating with the help of matchmakers (and Mady and Cara, her oldest daughters) and some date situations outside of Kate's comfort zone. After watching the first two episodes it is clear that Kate has built protective walls around herself (after a terrible public divorce a decade ago, who can blame her?) but she is at least trying (sometimes reluctantly) and bits of her relaxed playful nature are popping up.Looking forward to future dating situations and how Kate and her kids respond to them!

Kate is fine. She's an incredibly busy Mom. A single Mom who prioritizes her children and also works hard to provide for them. I wanted to see more episodes of Kate plus date.
