Featured Tommy Dreamer and Masato Tanaka defeating The Impact Players (Justin Credible and Lance Storm, w/Dawn Marie) for the ECW World Tag Team Titles. Earlier on the episode, Tanaka was cutting a promo in Japanese and the Champs attacked him. A segment taped in Ohio had Francine taking credit for Dreamer becoming popular and taking a shot at former Cincinnati Reds baseball great Pete Rose. Dreamer looked to piledrive Francine but Raven hit Dreamer with a DDT. Dreamer went into the match with The Impact Players alone and Tanaka joined Dreamer and ultimately won the match and the titles by pinning Credible with Diamond Dust (forward somersault Stunner).
Featured Steve Corino and Erik Watts cutting a promo where Corino bragged about retiring Dusty Rhodes and challenging Rhodes to come out of retirement and face him in a bull rope match. Corino insulted Milwaukee, the Milwaukee Brewers baseball team and wrestling legend The Crusher (Reginald Lisowski). Referee H.C. Loc told Corino that he was from Milwaukee and that Corino wouldn't last an hour on the streets. "Slander" is listed as a keyword because Corino said about Dusty Rhodes, "I know you were the one who cut the brake lines on Magnum T.A.'s car!", blaming Dusty for Magnum (Terry Allen)'s career-ending car accident in October 1986.
