Albeit somewhat predictable, the movie was really enjoyable. Crystal Bernard and Doug Savant both did great jobs with their acting. It's not a "keep you on the edge of your seat" type movie, but it really is an enjoyable watch.

While the premise of the movie was uplifting and even possibly motivating, the execution was extremely slow and lacking. What was a 2 hour movie could have been completed in about 45 minutes, including commercials, if the fodder was removed. If you aren't looking for a movie that will reach out and grab you, but want a movie that is soothing and an interesting "watch", then you will enjoy this movie.
