Great show... Wanted MORE!!!
20 August 2015
Great Story, Great characters... Chyler Leigh and Jacky Ido worked very well together. Jacky Ido was believable, funny, intense: really felt like a New York cabbie, and (like a typical NY cabbie,) NOT from New York, and he's a whole lot smarter then his job required. And Chyler Leigh! Wild, almost out of control, passionate about the work, her life, and justice for her father. Great to see her in this role after playing such a meek person in Grey's Anatomy!! The whole cast worked well, and the writing was very good. Like I said, Wanted more: hoped it would return this summer! One would only wish the networks would stick to shows like this and give them more time to develop.

Holding its own, with good cast, stories
10 January 2008
The whole cast, including Roselyn Sanchez, seem to work well and are comfortable together; the stories are interesting; and an altogether different crime drama than the current forensics shows overload. Whoever said 'it was killed' obviously dislikes one specific actress and let it cloud his "objective critique." Good twisting plots, Stories don't all have happy endings, An reasonable attempt at character back stories, but it needs more work The CBS 'chime in' about real FBI missing persons needs to be scrapped, however, every episode it says "hear about their Bizarre disappearance tomorrow on the Today show" Every single missing missing person has a "bizzare" story??

Jumped the shark!
11 May 2007
Warning: Spoilers
24 has finally Jumped the Shark. This season, they bail Jack out from China and were ready to turn him over to be killed, without any guarantees in return. Too quick to torture: like someone on their own staff, then take her back and send her to work, and put her in charge no less! Too quick with these "immunity agreements", (cheap plot devices in the first place) like an international terrorist would ask for one, and the government would actually grant one. And finally, CTU headquarters gets attacked for the third time!!! I guess the bomb and the nerve gas attack wasn't enough to convince them that their security was weak! I'm skipping next season.

Las Vegas (2003–2008)
Worth it for James Cann, Girls, and glitter.
20 May 2004
Worth watch for tough-guy James Cann in a rare good-guy role, as a mentor, no less! More like a crime show, "Love Boat" it's NOT. I see no comparison, except that the both have have adopted the concept of 'guest stars'. Watching Caan is watching a master at work. Very good writing, character development, It also shows that Nikki Cox has a much wider range than just comedy, (ironically her last series was set in Vegas) Maybe people will see her now as a full-fledged actress instead of just a 'full-figured' one.Worth watch for tough-guy James Caan in a rare good-guy role, as a mentor, no less! Very good writing, good character development, good mix of light- hearted and serious story lines. You also want to see how they develop and what happens next. Not bad for a kid who started acting a 10! Where Josh Duhamel came from I know not, but he's perfect for the role he's playing. Just the right mix of strong personality yet still leaning from his mentor. James Lesure is another newcomer who is very believable as a MIT engineer working the casino scene because he likes to and wants to. It's rare to see such excellent writing, and well developed characters on TV nowadays.
