Food Tech (2010– )
10/10
One of the most informative and entertaining food shows to come along in ages.
12 April 2010
Food Tech has been a blessing for the History Channel. Not only do they finally have an informative and entertaining food show, they have also found a gem of a host in Bobby Bognar. Food Tech episodes are all theme based. Pancakes and Sausage were one episode, another was Mexican. They start with a plateful of food, and show you how each and every thing on that plate were made/grown/cooked/caught. It is a fascinating format. The host, Bobby Bognar is not a smarmy know-it-all. In fact, he goes into the factories and fields just as uninformed and curious as the viewer. It makes for a genuine and often humorous television show. I seriously hope History Channel keep up the good work on this one! It is far better than most of the shows they are airing at this time.

Drop Dead Funny!!!!
9 November 2009
I seriously think Seth Macfarlane is a genius. I thought this little special was awesome and I wish it was a weekly thing, but then I am sure it would get old. The whole bit with Marlee Matlin was fabulous! I thought it was great how cool she was with the whole deal.

People keep complaining about The Cleveland Show, Family Guy and American Dad and saying they are losing their quality. Funny how they are Fox's highest rated shows. ABC CBS and NBC have abandoned Sundays. I think the Macfarlane empire is one that will continue to grow for some time yet.

I wish we had have seen some of the other characters. Quagmire, Cleveland and Joe were totally absent. Meg and Chris as well. Hopefully they get the chance to do a full cast show in the future.

Martin and Lewis (2002 TV Movie)

As fine as a performance as I've seen on tv
24 November 2002
T.V. Movies are rarely as noteworthy as those we see on the silver screen, this collaboration is an exception. Sean Hayes depicted Jerry Lewis to a tee, and if he doesn't garner an Emmy nomination for this, then I decree the Emmys are fixed. Jeremy Northam also gave a stellar performance as the stoic Dean Martin. If you enjoy a good biographical epic, then this picture is definitely one to see.

Keith Gordon is a genius in the works
30 January 2000
I have fallen in love with the works of Keith Gordon, and this movie has only proved me right. He will have an Oscar in the next 10 years,... I predict it now. I hope this movie will prompt you to check out his other excellent movies, not only as a brilliant director, but also a fine actor. His presence in Christine was phenomenal.
