Scorese couldn't have done a better job. Roger Deakins (DP) creates an incredible collection of visuals.

Scorsese and Deakins have managed to produce the best film on the subject to date. See it, for the story, the history and the amazing cinematography.

This film left me feeling sad and at the same time filled with the joy of life. It is reality.

This doc. inspired me. It made feel progress is still made.

This Doc inspired me. Haskel Wexler,ASC (one of the greatest DP's of our time)spent three years documenting this civil rights struggle to improve mass transit in the inner cities of LA. After the Doc was over I felt the importance of what they are doing, both from a here and now POV and based on general ethics. A great number of injustices are exposed with out being left sided or biased. It's just what's happening now. The unequal distribution of funds for mass transit is black mark on the city of LA and more people who know of this, the better. SEE THIS DOC!
