It reminds me of the endless Lost tv show

First episode ok, second acceptable and from there let's go to boredom as nothing happens and switch from past to future like "LOST" with useless conversations for episodes and episodes.

You think something comes but never does, I will finish the season but it will likely be empty as hell. As IMDB already says there is gone be a season 2 , I know already nothing will happen, or not enough to keep me watching.

The Queen's Gambit (2020)

This is very overrated, it is ok and acting is good but it is pretty boring. First 2 episodes are ok then it became a tedious to get to the end as boredom took over.

Stop showing the ending at the start of movies!

It's not a bad movie, even if things get very unrealistic at some point, but I just take of points as I am sick and tired of the Movie industry showing some end snippets at the start of the movie, I immediately knew what was gone happen and how it was gone end.

Kidnapped in Paradise (1999 TV Movie)

Worst TITLE

Some screenwriters and producers don't seem to know how it works, usually you need to surprise the audience (if there is any for this one), but with a title like this it gets completely absurd. Guess what happens after about 45 minutes of movie boring around and knowing what is going to happen. You found it? NO? Yes, you are right!!! A kidnapping! (weird he!) And guess where!!! No i don't want to spoil it! LOL. And as a last test, guess who they are going to kidnap?

The rest of the movie is like in many TV-Movies, no brain actions, a blond chick running around most of the time in bikini and actors that think they are the men!!! They mean really mean it! I hope they never looked to the movie to see them self.

And the logic of the movie, well you better not have over 70 I.Q., otherwise you gone start to see to many mistakes and actions that have no sense, with dialogues

Very bad overall. 2/10 because i saw even worse then this but i liked the boats a lot, :).

Shaolin Soccer (2001)

This movie was very impressive and very funny, a pleasure to watch, even if at little times it was a bit slow, when the action of the game came it each time surprises you again, what i most liked here is the originality of the actions and the scorings, most movies once they have 1 effect they use it over and over again, here it seems many times new effects.

With a bigger budget this movie would have erased some other special effect movies like Matrix or Terminator 2. Anyway great work, much originality, good laughing and this is something you never never seen before, finally something completely new, and especially that i hate soccer, well if it could be this way i would probably love it!

Dangerous Waters (1999 TV Movie)

This is a very but very bad copy of "River Wild, The (1994)", the acting is ok but the script and the mistakes in this movie are so much and so clear that at the half way you really start to ask yourself if they doing such stupidity on purpose, i give you some examples of really absurd moments of the movie. So overall it is a very bad movie, but if you persist to have your own opinion about it, don't read further because from here on i will give some SPOILERS.

They looking for guys and police blocks the road, then we see them turning right because they go that way for they little day off just before the police setup, you really think the police wouldn't stop them to do a little control? Nope they seem like taking a coffee break there! Where in the hell did they get suddenly the extra lifeguards suits (sorry don't know exact name being French) ??? A moment she says when the helicopter fly's by that they don't control the River that's why they can't be seen!!! LOL that is the most stupid thing i heard, you really think they would not survey rivers? Specially when some escaped prisoners are around there. When they turn the boat he catches the gun, for what? because it won't work for a good while when it is in the water, second of all where in the name of god did they get the guns?

And more things all the way on like this... But the best and most stupid is the friend that suddenly turns against his so said love and kids, and believe me it isn't a stranger because at the end he explains much more about the kids you can imagine. Anyway some are really not scared to produce such crap.

Léopold (2000 TV Movie)

Disappointing Galabru

Well after more then 200 movies, this must be in the top 10 of worst movies from Michel Galabru, i also think that too serious movies don't fit him like this one, anyway the movie is stupid, without any surprises, boring, extremely bad acting and a very but very bad script. I think series like Mac Gyver and Navarro are more intelligent then this crap, and makes Derrick a masterpiece compared to it. This should never had been a TV-Movie but just a little story for a German or French series.

Sorry 1/10 but really this is not worth being seen ever.

Well i can't say a lot about this movie or perhaps yes i can it would be "LOL". Wow they beat records in this movie of stupidity and bad acting, i saw someone say that Hogan deserves a Oscar or something for his performance, "LOL" again! :)

Imagine that our planet get hit by a meteorite again and in 100.000 years humans are intelligent again or whatever and by miracle they find back a copy of this movie, like we find dinosaurs and other now, imagine the image we would give to our world if this is the only movie they find back or one of those very bad one's, oh my the image we would give from our times :)

1/10 can't find anything to give it a 2...

Dark Water (2002)

Very Nice going again but not as good as Ringu

Not bad at all with a few new good idea's but to bad it is a little bit slow to get start and a much to gentle end, euh i mean after the little accident :) not gone spoil like useal. Another little bit disappointing thing is that it looked like another sequel to Ringu, just that the girl looks younger, but overall the movie is entertaining with a few good scaring scenes but less scaring then Ringu in my opinion, i hope the out coming JUON will be more impressive coming out in January 2003.

Oh and by the way, i would like to comment also the ridiculous comment of Jeepers creepers and frailty great movies, euh lol if you compare those to the Japanese Ringu's and same style movies like Phone then you need to learn much more about horror or give at least names like The Shining if you are start talking about masterpieces, especially that i am a big fan of Gina Philips since Breaking Free (main actress for Jeepers Creepers) but was an extremely disappointing movie an really i am defending the Japanese horror because they have new idea's and great scaring scenes in a lot of movies, we need to take some serious lessons, then perhaps we will stop to make such bad movies like Jeepers Creepers but there was worse St-Valentine, this one should win the Oscar of worst of them :)

Ring 0: Birthday (2000)

Nice ending but probably not the expected.

Well well after the 2 first Ringu's that i enjoyed soooo much because of the scary screenplays, Ringu 0 brings us a very different prequel with this on, if you expect seeing as much scary scenes as in Ringu 1 and 2, then i hope you will read this first so at least you know that it won't, it is explains about all what you needed to know, with a end you already know but hehe it is a prequel so what else could it have been. Anyway the movie is different but good with a great acting of Yukie Nakama that play sakoma a perfect way, i mean the way she moves is like ring 1 and 2, gratz for that, she probably needed to train to walk like that all the time :) Only little thing that is a bit dissapointing in this movie is that we would perhaps would have loved to be in a bit more different places, most of the movie is in 1 very same place and start to look more like a theater then really a movie, it gets very good again once they get out of there, but until then the movie had some boring parts, otherwise great movie if you don't see it the same way as Ringu 1 and 2.

The Ring (2002)

Garbage compared to the original

What a dissapointement...

Good beginning looked alot same as the original and then we get to see the video, my my my where why did he destroy the very grim one from the original and make this stupid piece with to many explains... Also i did a test i have the original and saw it long before this one, so now saw the new US version (lol didn't scare me 1 second) and when i got home i putted the original in my tapeplayer again thinking this time the original wouldn't scare me, well euhhh it did, the way the things are filmed, putted in screen, the lights the little video frames puts you in sort of uncomfortable way. Also they mix something up here in the originalk she does alot to save not her but her SON! Here in this one her son seems more like a devil part that knows more then he should now a bit looking like "the Sixth sense" what has absolutly nothing to do with it.

Anyway nice try on the remake, but the scary scenes from the original are completly taken away, not frightening, a new version of the tape completly missed and some other errors.

You gave it a 10 go see the original and you gone reset your points. Only thing i wait is "The Ring 2" the sequel of the original made by the same original screenwriter and director.

Oh by the way i really wanted to say Well done lately to the japanese Movies because they teaching some directing arts to the US that seem lost lately to find a good scenario. Lately japan hits hard on good movies like "Battle Royale" in case you didn't see get it you will be amazed.

Ringu (1998)

With low Budget you can Hit big

Well first of all i saw the ring yesterday rented from the shop, never heard of it before, but seems to make a suddenly appearance with the outcoming Ring that will strike our country only in November here at the movies, so i can't judge the US version yet.

But What i saw in this movie, well it has been long veryyyy long ago i feeled like this, my god this was a grim movie. I say congrats because since years the US Movies in Horror hes gone down faster then the Nasdaq :) We have enough of that blood thing with big breasts and a script made in 10 minutes.

K Here you don't get the most impressif acting or story, could have been done a bit better, but when i see the way the movie has been filmed, well it makes you feel on certain moments like you not alone if you watched in the dark alone, the only movie that done such feeling to me was The Shining. Since that day i never saw a horror movie again that made me feel something beside laughing at them of ridiculous.

Giving this 8/10 for this amazing performance but should have been a bit more clear and a bit longer but great job!

Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones (2002)

Boring Movies lately

As a big movie fan, i go to the movies 1-2 times a week, and lately i don't know what is wrong but the movies are little boring and empty, Here in Belgium Star Wars came out 2 days ago, and like there was nothing much left to see i went to Star Wars, even if i am not a really fan of this, i go to see them to have my own opinion and perhaps because everyone talks so much about the Star Wars Trilogy lately, just like last year, and wow how disappointing, the talk is for kids of 12 years old, the Special effect are Ok sometimes but mostly completely missed in some places, when i compare to older movie, like terminator II that is about 6-7 years old if i am not wrong, then Star Wars is far behind. Even the acting is not that great to be honest, and it is sad to see that this movie get's good scores only because it is called STAR WARS! If it was called something like Space Wars and was not from Lucas, most of you would say it is not worth Star Wars and give it a 3/10 rating or something, every one is free to be fan of something i agree but really try to open your eyes and be a bit realistic.

As i said before i am a big movie fan and movies are quite boring, like Beautiful Mind, Charlotte Gray, and some other but at least the acting is great, the only Top movie that i saw lately is Panic Room, if you didn't see it you really have to, and you will see that you will get much more from Panic room (with the excellent performance of Jodie Foster) then Star Wars : Attack of the Clones.
