If you loved Courtney and David in the "Scream" trilogy, then this film's for you!
15 October 2001
If only this film was released in North America, it would've gotten not only critically acclaim, but it would swept both the Cannes and Sundance Film Festivals faster than you'd think.

This movie was shot prior to the off-screen wedding of Courtney Cox (Arquette) and David Arquette in June of 1999, and was only released in Australia. If you have the Oxygen network on your cable system, you can see that film with the usual editing and commercials an average network would do.

JAG viewers will recognize David James Elliot as Courtney's dream hunk with an annoying girlfriend who once worked as a Victoria's Secret model. David play's Henry, who's also after her heart.

If The Shrink is In comes out onto North American theaters, then I'd be the first in line to see the movie, even if I have to tell every film critic that the film's a hit, then it IS a hit.

It's NOT "The Rose" at all
29 September 2001
Fox's attempt to do a "remake" of "The Rose" starring the multi-talented Bette Midler made me vomit my entire breakfast after I got out of the theater. Mariah Carey is a terrible actress and not even Eric Benet can save this film the same way Huey Lewis tried to do in last Fall's bomb, "Duets" starring Gwyenth Paltrow.

Take my advice: Rent "The Rose" instead of wasting your $8.50 on this lame movie.

This is an AWESOME movie!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the computer-generated answer to the 1999 hit sci-fi film, "The Matrix". An all star cast makes up the movie with ER's Ming-Na as Dr. Aki Ross and Fraiser's Peri Gilpen as Jane Proudfoot just to name a few. I hope that there'll be more films like this in the future.

Generation-X at it's funniest!
17 June 2001
Even though only 2 episodes aired on ABC, the DVD provided 6 of the funny-as-hell episodes that I've seen. The show just about mirrors the black and white film of the same name, only it's in color and there's less cursing for the show to have a TV-14 rating. (It's a network show, after all.)

Alec Baldwin as the voice of Leonardo Leonardo, who happens to be a clone of The Simpsons' Mr. Burns, provided the comic relief as does NBA star, Charles Barkley, who provides his own voice in some of the episodes.

If I were the head of ABC, I'd bring Clerks: The Animated Series back to prime-time televison. If not, I'll bring the show to Comedy Central instead.

Evolution (2001)

It's a GREAT movie if you're a fan of David Duchoveny
10 June 2001
I know that David's role in "Evolution" mirrors that of his role of Agt. Fox Muldar on "The X-Files", but this is completely different. I happen to love this film, despite the film critics' (i.e., Roger Ebert, Richard Roeper, Larry Ratliff, Rex Reed, etc.) panning this film.

After all, I just happen to see Miss Sarah Silverman as Denise in one scene, and she was just fantastic.

The on-screen chemestry between both David and Orlando Jones (Say It Isn't So) and David and Jullianne Moore (Hannibal) makes the folks at the MTV Movie Awards want to choose either one of them for a "Best On-Screen Duo" nomination. Only time will tell for sure.

The Chris Isaak Show (2001–2004)
OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
22 May 2001
I've been watching it since the pilot aired, and I've been hooked on it ever since. I knew the San Francisco-native has acted before, but as himself he's incredible. Showtime has done it again! Keep up the good work.
