Latin Boyz In The Hood meets Dawson's Creek. Been there done that story about kidz from the ghetto hustling cash and trying to be down with the white man who screws them over again and again!

Legz is solid as an actor as usual but stale in his portrayal in this type of role...limited talent behind the camera especially given that they had over 5 million to make this film, it looks like a 1 million dollar film...other than that no actor stands out all in the film.

This is an excellent film that addresses the still very touchy issue known as racism. The story is a fish out of water formula that serves the lead characters well. The music in the film is very authentic and is expertly placed as a nice subtle undertone that aides in driving the story home. Should you need to understand or choose to view racism as it truly exists in today's New York then sit back and enjoy this quality indie urban feature.

Ayo seriously. Anyone haten on this genius film needs to stop. Handz down this white dude made a film with todays biggest artists on the planet in Eminem and Ja Rule and sold it. He won, so all the haten ain't stoppn' his role cause I just read in XXL that he finished another film that's comen' out on Nov 31st with Cita from Cita's World. La La from MTV , Guru, Capone and other headz...it's called Urban Massacre and the review said dude staright killed it!

None of us could have ever done it so yall need to check yourself and pay your respects to dude period cause he's gonna be around for the next 30 to 40 years and making them Hollywood budget joints!

Simply put...this film has heart, soul and something to say. This film maker is years ahead of his fellow directors! This is a must see!

No other true indie film maker of the last 10 years is on this level of film making!

Ayo, this film is better than Hype's weak stinker Belly and all them new Soul Food rip offs put together. Redman was tight and the angry militant Ali was off the hook. For a white dude who wrote, directed, produced and starred in this film it was amazing. the real soul R&B singing by Soul Queen Cheryl Pepsii Riley and Nicki Richards blows that sick goat Mary j Blige out the water and all them other wanna be divas. This is a classic and the first of many from the next Martin Scorcese

I can't believe...I mean at all...that these producers made this flick for a mere twenty thou. How the hell did yall do it? I mean the beats was hot, the MC's was all ill. Em was funny as hell. The white kids story was bugged....this had me and my lady on the floor laughing so much we actually bought ten DVD's to give out to our fam. This was hot....forget the hate plays out there.....!!!

For an indie flick out there with all these other Blair Witch Spoofs, this film has it right. Granted it's not a $20 million dollar Scary Movie by Mirimax, but dude has Eminem, Mobb Deep, Killah Priest, Rah Diggah and all types of mad underground headz, The 5 white kids is tight, they look like 1st time actors but it works the same way The Blair Witch's did. The music is hot, the titles is hot, all in all it works and my hats off to these cats.
