Star Wars: Visions: T0-B1 (2021)
I think you might be missing the point
T0-B1 is not a more mature, action-focused episode like The Duel, The Elder, or others. It's about heart. This episode is 100% a tribute to Osamu Tezuka, who is commonly called the Father of Manga (think Walt Disney for Japanese entertainment), specifically his work, Astro Boy. The little footsteps sounds, the abundance of lively robots, finding his true power after hearing his true name, Tobi (Astro Boy's main character Atom also has this same name and unlocks his arm cannon after hearing his name). This episode fully embraces its intent to pay tribute to a legendary work, and just like Astro Boy, its entire atmosphere reflects its charming, loves me protagonist that's full of heart. TL;DR, you might be misunderstanding this episode, and go watch Astro Boy (Don't watch 2003 dub. Heavily Americanized, and butchers the entire tone of the show.)
