This show is awesome. and was filmed 2 mins away from where i live at the beach shacks near shoalwater/point peron. i walk around that area and theres many recognisable places. the show is set on a island although it is not a island, there is a navy base island called garden island where they use the shots of the bridge. very cool to watch and recognise the beach shacks and beach landmarks. the houses still stand today and people live there or use as holiday homes. location. point peron.
