Great Episode, Acting Challenge bit Cringey

Promising Start but Questionable Judging

So, let's get this started. Right away I have to say that I'm very glad the show isn't watered down for international audiences - no, it is unapologetically UK Drag at its finest. As a German, I still couldn't make sense of many things said, even with subtitles on - so I'll probably have to open a tab simply for translation - and I'm glad I have to do this - after all, ''it's such a rich cultural exchange'' (or whatever Ru said)
Alright - the entrances were fun. Vinegar, Divina, Blu stole my heart and I was already in stitches when the young queens continuously realized they aren't the youngest anymore. Also, who wouldn't want to be dropped off at football practice by Divina and Baga? The styles are very distinct, very different and although not all of the UK is represented equally, at least aesthetic-wise (and personality-wise) we have a broad range of queens. Judging by entrances, I'm very keen on seeing Blu, Crystal and Sum's personality more.
Mini Challenge - great concept, great execution BUT PLEASE someone give Gothy a hug. She was so much out of her comfort zone it hurt watching.
To the main challenge. Bored by the concept. A Season-9esque pageant where you have to bring 2 looks? Meh. Also I found the judging off. I don't believe Baga and Viv should've been that high. Crystal, Scaredy and ESPECIALLY Blu had great concepts with a very good execution. But even after disregarding all of that, I still believe Sum deserved the win way more than Viv.
At least the BTM was correct and even though it's not the best lipsync, I lived for Vinegar's double reveal. Gothy was the right person to be sent home and the world is fine. Is this a good episode? Yeah. Very good? Maybe, but not more. I wish there will be fairer judging and a little bit more of ''Untucked'' - all in one, a solid 8 stars from me.
