Tony Leung and Sammi Cheng. One is a brilliant actor and one is a wonderful singer. It's hard to believe that this is their 1st collaboration. But guess what? They did a fabulous job, portraying their characters. Tony's Tong Choi is sweet, caring and funny. Sammi's Siu Tong is tomboyish but I liked her. One of the emotional scenes was when he called her on the cell phone and for a couple minutes, no one said anything...hehe...that's all I'm telling you people. You really have to watch this!!!

I really enjoyed this movie since I love Chinese history. Andy Lau is also one of my favorite singers, so obviously this movie was great. However, they made a big mistake on choosing Anita Mui as Yue Ar Yee. I thought Maggie Cheung Man Yuk would fit the role better.
