I wonder how people consider this a great show. It had its highlights, but everyone who has seen it knows that from season 1 to season 3 nothing really happened. Its a wash and rinse series... Walt needs money, he cooks meth, Jesse messes up he saves Jesse.. Wash and rinse wash and rinse repeatedly.. Adding a few not too interesting scenes each time.

The most enjoyable character is Gus Fring, he made season 4 a bit interesting especially the last episodes.

The last season is the best season. The last 5 or 6 episodes of the show are very good.. But they don't compensate for the boring mess at the beginning of the show.

The best episode is the last episode.. Felina... But even being the best episode of the show it has flaws.. Most of these flaws have to deal with deux ex machina and impossible coincidences such as Walt putting the machine gun in the boot when he went to save Jesse for the last time.. What if he was told to park else where.. What if the key failed to open the boot on time.. What if the plan failed?

Those are a few of the many deux ex machina moments in breaking bad.

The way Hank discovered Walt was heisenberg is one of the most stupid anti climatic reveals ever.

Breaking bad is also very unrealistic.. You'd have to watch it critically to understand.

Even walt's reason for doing meth when he already reached his goal of making enough money for his family is cringe and unrealistic.

Anyone who watches breaking bad with a critical mind and tells you it's a great show is probably lying, or hasn't seen many good shows. He or she is just following the crowd to praise it.

Did I mention that the pacing of the show is crap?

Worst episode is the fly episode of season 3..people would try to sound deep and say its symbolic and significant, but In reality it was a boring mess.

I love this show but this season has been a mess and this is the worst episode so far

Love is ruining the show... The decision making of the writers is unintelligent. Who kill someone and just shouts it out when you get emotional. It's too far fetched and unrealistic as other poor decisions love has made this season due to poor writing

I've not even finished the episode but I was pissed off at the direction the show is taking hope the cameras catch them.

Gil was missing for days, why wasn't anyone worried or searching for him.. Its should be noted that someone may have known that the last place Gil visited was the bakery.

Granted most of the points I have here may be addressed in later seasons, I make this review concerning season 1 having not played any of the games.

This is a good show, the world building is good, most of the characters have depth and development, the plot is good the animation, music and pacing is good too. Notice I said good, not great because they get the job done, not anything too special or revolutionary.

My problems with the show include : 1.this is the biggest inconsistency so far. In Episode 3 after powder killed her people, as silvo was about to stab her, the way she jumped into his hand was too fast. Silvo was a known enemy who she wanted to kill, who made her unintentionally kill her people, who she just finished destroying his lab. I get powder is nuts but it seems like poor writing the way she just jumped into enemy hands.

2. Why does silvo love and tolerate jinx so much despite all her screw ups I don't remember being given any good reason

3. It's been hinted, but much hasn't been said about vander and silvo's past

4. How did the underground come into being, what happened and why the segregation.. The lore and history of the world needs to be expanded upon.

5. This is minor but I really wanted to hear the letter Victor's assistant left for him before she fit turned to dust.

Best characters are Victor, Jayce and Mel medadra

Mel is the best written for me.

I used to think FMAB was the most overrated anime of all time, but boy was I wrong.

This anime has a few good moments, but as a whole it just doesn't live up to the hype Gon was a horrible character with a bad goal.

Kurapika was a bad written character.

The best arc was the chimera ant arc, but it was ruined with awful pacing and randomised action...I won't even mention the narration and speeches during fight scenes. The worst part of this arc however was Gon's rage...he basically didn't even know kite for up to a week, yet got so unnecessarily angry and emotional he quarrelled with killua, threatened to kill a blind girl, sacrificed his nen, and killed pitou, just for kite,...and yes I get he felt guilty, so did killua, but there is a way to write good rage scenes, by giving it context and build up..take berserk and AOT as good examples.

Killua, neferpitou, meruem, chrollo, hisoka, and pouf are the best characters on the series.

The power system is overrated, it's complicated, yes..but it results in dull fights, some people even go as far as to say it's better than JoJo's stands with its creative and god tier fights,,...it's not.

The fights are well balanced , but very boring...

The ost was amazing, the animation was amazing.. technically..it was flawless.

The chimera ant arc and the York New arcs are the best...the yorknew arc doesn't really have a good story, but it has many iconic moments...the chimera ant arc has the best story, character development, and emotion in the show.

Hunter X Hunter has wayyyyy too many lows and plot holes for a 148 episode anime, long boring arcs, painfully boring training episodes which occur very often, random filler, and lack of believable and proper motivation from the characters.

The plot holes.

1. How was Gon still 13 years after about 17 months had passed since the hunter exam.

2. Why do few people know about nen,( even killua didn't know, but his while family are masters of nen), and all 200 floor and above are nen users, and their battles were broadcasted on TV

Nobody even used it in the hunter exam..seems like the author only made up nen after the exam arc and randomly inserted it.

3. This isn't really a plot hole but an inconsistency.. How was Gon able to become as strong as killua when killua had been training his entire life .. Gon did it only in a few months.

4. How did Gon use condition to get older and stronger when kurapika( who wasn't even given a proper backstory, just an explanation) didn't even teach him how to do it.

The best Episode of this show is 135..this person this moment... That's the only plot point that made the chimera ant arc special.

Kogumi choosing to die with meurem doesn't make much sense because she said that she uses her gungi skills to win tournaments in order to support her family....what would happen to them now she has chosen to die?

This arc won't have been anything special without the relationship between meruem and komugi. A beautiful ending which displays in full force the amazing development of meruem..from a king destined to rule over all life with an iron fist to a human accepting his mortality and choosing to spend his last with the person he loves, doing what he loves the most. What made it perfect was the fact that meruem even knelt down to Palm just so he could be with komugi one last time,. They gave meaning to each others lives and believed they were alive for That person on that moment. And the most amazing thing is that komugi was blind, so she never even knew meruem was a monster till when she held him in her arms as he died...she choose to die with him.. Beautiful, just subarashii... amazing writing

By far the best episode in Hunter X Hunter one of the best in media. 100000/10

The entire episode was great..but what really cemented it as legendary for me was after meurem asked his name..and when komugi was attacked by a hawk. Meurem realised that strength exists in so many different forms..not only in brute force. He sees komugi as very fragile but realises her strength exists in gungi as he is still unable to beat her..

Such amazing character writing and development. Thematically this episode was a masterpiece.
