Invader ZIM (2001–2006)
A Great Show That Is No More...
18 January 2002
You heard me right, folks;I went to cartoonresearch.com today and found out that the show has been cancelled after only 26 episodes! Why on God's Green Earth would they do this!It was their most popular show! As for the show itself,it contained the best of animated "gross-out" humor since Ren & Stimpy (before John. K got fired for that). Not only was it funny,it was very good-looking too.The animation actually paid attention to detail, and the 3D was integrated almost seamlessly.I'm sorry they cancelled it.It will be sorely missed.

Spyro the Dragon (1998 Video Game)

The Best PS Platform!!
20 April 2001
This game simply has some of the most beautiful graphics I've seen on the PlayStation. It has a nice, cartoony feel to it.You can interact with objects in the worlds(i.e. Flaming a rose causes it to burn). The voice acting for the dragons is great, too.Although I must admit the game isn't really that much of a challenge,if you love staring at good graphics this platformer can't be beat! :)

The Critic (1994–2001)
Simpsons?What are Simpsons?
26 March 2001
This was one of THE greatest animated series on all time.It keeps you laughing from start to finish, and the parodies of various stars are absolutely hilarious(And SO true!).Unfortunately it got cancelled before it could find an audience. It's a good thing Comedy Central reruns this show!If I had to choose between this and The Simpsons(Speaking of which, some of the people that worked on The Simpsons did work on this series as well.),well, just read the title of this review!

P.S.-I have found four episodes of an online version of The Critic at Shockwave.com.Unfortunately Shockwave cut it after four episodes. It's as good as ever, though!

I Liked It!
25 March 2001
I loved this film almost as much as the origional version! What teenager DOESN'T go through what Scamp's going through;wanting to find independence by getting more and more distant from your family? The songs were nice to,and the character designs were great.Lady and Tramp look almost exactly like they did in the origional feature. They did a good job on the voices of those two,too considering the fact that the origional voice actors are probably dead. However,I do think they should've given more lines to Lady,Annette,Colette, and Daniel.Oh well;at least they had the common sense to keep the same scenery from the original film.

Robin Hood (1973)
Great Film,Horrible Animation
25 March 2001
Robin Hood itself is great.None of the jokes are dated and the character designs are some of the best I've ever seen for "furries".The songs are nice, too. The main problem is the animation. It,in a word, stinks. Then again, all of the films from about the beginning of the 1960's to The Little Mermaid were done in this "sketchy" style,so I could cut them some slack if it weren't for the fact that it's pretty gritty.Sometimes you can see animators pencil marks,too-they shouldn't have let the Cleanup Department slack off! Also, sometimes the characters in one particular scene don't match what they look like in rest of the film. For example,in one scene during the "Oo-de-lally" song,we see Robin Hood and Little John from a distance running away from the Sheriff's goons,Robin Hood doesn't have his shoes on!You just see his back feet(Or is that paws?).In another scene in which Robin Hood is dressing up in costume to steal money from Prince John he has whiskers! So to sum it up;If you don't mind crude animation and pointless, fixable mistakes then you'll enjoy this film!If you DO mind, stay away.
