A powerhouse of a film especially when dealing with the subject of the Vietnam War and all the ideas and topics surrounding that. When my WWII veteran Uncle was wiping tears from his eyes as the movie ended I knew that this was a very special movie.

This is almost unbelievable but Steven Seagal actually gets hit twice in this movie. This is absolutely groundbreaking for a Seagal film, rivaling Screwface's slamming of Segal against a wall in Marked For Death. Two stars for the two hits. P.S. Seeing Seagal from a POV is absolutely horrific, his pudgy face is far from it's prime.

Apocalypse Now is absolutely phenomenal. Not only is the plot wildly interesting and it's characters perfect for character studies but it is also a visual masterpiece. Colors are blended studiously to create a mind-blowing experience for the viewer. Can't wait to watch the Redux version in the coming future.
