MASH (1970)
Overall rating of 7.5? Is it a joke?
I'm not sure what underlying meanings and great american society discoveries people saw to justify this movie this high. I hate movies without purpose. A non-funny satire of the war medicine? A portrait of doctors being that stupid and foolishly fond about sex? There's no justification, this was just a real bad movie. There's plenty of great war movies but this one doesn't achieve anything outside of making people dumber.
Easy Rider (1969)
I'm not missing the point, there's no point.
I'm not really someone who give a lot of bad ratings, there's always reasons why a movie could get at least 3, 4 or 5, The cinematographic effort, the originality, the actors play, the storyline, the costumes, the music, the psychologic aspect,, the dialogues, etc.
But the only reason I gave a 2 here is because it's from 1969 so you have to take that in consideration and also that Jack Nicholson was in it, but nothing else, just a whole ot of emptiness. I didn't learn anything, I didn't feel anything, I didn't enjoy anything
I just don't understand why a movie like that can get such a high rating. Portayal of society, stereotypes, jealousy, whatever... Who cares? Some movies can actualy achive that much better while having a purpose at the same time. It felt like watching random pictures put together.
Gigli (2003)
lol at the overall rating
This is not a spectacular movie or anything, nor it is good or bad, it's pretty average and cheesy. But a 2.5 overall rating? I have seen movies very amateurish or that just have no purpose at all, any action or any psychological twist that would deserve low ratings (movies with Pattinson damn) but this rating here pretty much show how much people are biased...
Seriously, it doesn't deserve any rating over 7 but an average of 2.5 can only be because of that "Bennifer" thing that I looked up in the urban dictionnary.
Seriously people?
I found Justin Bartha was pretty good in his role, there was some interesting scenes, there was even the legend Al Pacino and old timer Christopher Walken. This movie should get 4 to 7 ratings, anything over or under pretty much means you can't be objective.
Jaws 3-D (1983)
This is a 1983 movie bunch of ******
Granted, I didn't give it a very good grade (5/10) but the reasons people are giving it horrific grades are so stupid. I usually stay away from those reviews because frankly the level of intelligence is not very high.
Pirate Radio (2009)
How did this movie got a rating over 7.0?
For the life of me, I can't understand this. I have rated over 3000 movies here on IMBD and this one was among the lowest scores I ever gave. And I'm not the type to give a 1 rating even if I hated some movies. I don't give a lot of 10/10, only movies that are masterpieces to me like Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Shawshank Redemption, Harry Potter, Silence of the Lambs, Gangs of New York, Life is Beautiful, etc
