A League of Their Own (2022)
I don't see the problems
Pacing is fantastic, music is fitting, characters and story is full of depth. I was engaged throughout the whole show. Plot is solid, would recommend this to anyone. It has made me deeply interested in baseball despite having no fascination or love for the sport before watching it. If you watched this for the queer characters then this show will ease you into staying for the baseball, and I'm certain that will be the case vice versa. The characters are all endearing in their own ways and the writer provided a beautifully written story about various struggles while smoothly intertwining both storylines of the protagnoists together.
Adventures of Rufus: The Fantastic Pet (2020)
I spent 10 minutes finding the movie title just to review it
It's absolutely horrible. There was no plot at all, all the characters were bland and there was nothing about the antagonists or protagonists that made me want to root for them. It felt like it was written by someone so disconnected from youth. They spent more effort on the CGI and the plot. Everytime you expected a climax it just gave a boring "action scene". My family hated it.
