Best out of the "pirates" trilogy...I'm not disappointed!
29 May 2007
I'm a huge fan of the Piates of the Caribbean movies, but I was a little nervous about seeing this third installment because of the not as good other third installments. I still had pretty high expectations, and I was not disappointed! The plot was brilliant and very creative, with plenty of exciting twists and turns. As always, the acting was incredible. Johnny Depp always does an amazing job, but his Captain Jack Sparrow is probably one of his bests works yet! I still don't see how anyone could be so brilliant... Anyways, overall, just a really great film. Better than the other Pirate films in the trilogy (and you know how good those are!) See it, you won't be disappointed!

Very Funny!
11 November 2006
I usually hate family movies, but this movie is hilarious! Will Ferral does an excellent job in this movie as "Buddy the 'Elf.'" It is amazing that he's finally doing a movie for people more mature than him. Yeah, some parts are cheesy, but most of it is laugh-out-loud funny. The plot is pretty interesting too. It is about a man, who is raised by elves in the north pole, who decides to find his real family in New York. Still, every time I see this movie I laugh so hard. It is a very funny movie. If you haven't seen it yet because you don't like "Santa" movies, give it a shot. I know that I did and it was way better than I expected it to be. So, maybe you'll actually like it. It is defiantly my favorite Christmas movie!

Scary, but overall a good movie
28 October 2006
This is the scariest movie I've ever seen (and trust me, I am not a scary-movie person.) Well, at first I saw the edited TV version, which was creepy, but not scary. Then one day my friend came over and we wanted to watch something creepy, so we decided "Sixth Sense". Oh my gosh, I was so scared! We couldn't go to sleep for that night, and sometimes I will still have nightmares.

Anyways, it was a good movie. It kept you on the edge of your seat and was pretty interesting too. I liked it. The story is about a man, Dr. Malcome Crowe, who wants to take control of his life. His wife isn't talking to him anymore (even though they live together) and he isn't doing to great with his job anymore (he's a child therapist.) Until one day he meets Cole, a little boy who has a huge problem: he sees dead people. So Dr. Malcome Crowe has to try to help the little boy.

If you're a big scary-movie person, you should watch it. If not, watch the TV-edited version (and in the day). It'll keep you on the edge of your seat and it'll keep your heart beating fast!

Interesting to know the whole story of the ride
28 October 2006
I absolutely love the Tower of Terror ride in California Adventure, so when I found out that there was a movie about it, I wanted to watch it. Since it is a Disney movie, it's cheesy, but still interesting. I mean, the ghosts weren't scary (especially after seeing "Sixth Sense") and the plot could've been better.

If you love the ride at California Adventure (in Disneyland) or at MGM Studios (in Disneyworld) then you should watch it. But be warned: the ride is so much better than the movie. Don't get your hopes too high up. Also, at parts it can get boring, but some parts are actually good. Overall, it is about 6.3/10

Very Addictive!
5 October 2006
My parents had rented this show because they heard it was good, and there was nothing on T.V., so I decided to watch it with them. And oh my gosh, I couldn't stop watching! It was so good. I needed to know what happened next every single episode, so now, I'm addicted. It's like a roller coaster: it has many twists and turns, you never know what'll happen next, thrilling, exiting, and fun.

The story is supposed to be in real time. Each episode is 1 hour, each season has 24 episodes, so one season is supposed to be 1 day. What happens is Jack Bauer, who works for CTU, finds out that his daughter had been kidnapped. He'll do anything to save her, and, well, you'll see what happens. (This is the plot for season 1)

Trust me, you won't be able to take your eyes off of the screen.

Holy Crap, This Show Is Good!
5 October 2006
I love this show. It's hilarious. It has the weird, over protective, annoying, critical mother, the gross, dim-witted father who yells a lot, the over-looked first born brother, and the "perfect" second born son who writes for a newspaper and has a wife and 3 kids. In one way or another, you'll be able to relate with this show. I get mad when I miss an episode, even if I've already seen it. They're all so funny. The acting, writing, and directing are all wonderful. I think it's one of the best shows out there. If you like comedies about real life that aren't cheesy (like those so-called Disney channel comedies) you'll love this show just like I do.

I hope that the Phantom of the Opera will always be here, inside my mind
15 September 2006
I remember seeing posters for this movie; part of me wanting to watch it because it looked beautiful and very interesting, but the other part was skeptical and unsure because of the "Opera" part. When I thought of opera, the image of that fat, screaming, viking lady popped into my mind. My friend kept telling me about how it was the absolute best movie ever and how I should see it. Again, that stereotype opera image came to my mind, but I finally decided to trust my friend and watch it anyways.

Well, she was right! I've never seen a movie like this one- so beautiful, enchanting, magical, mystifying, intriguing, and musically divine. There are not any words to actually describe how much I love it. It has anything a good movie could ever have: a majestic and haunted building, a mysterious and misunderstood man, an obsessive love, a tragic love triangle, an angel-like singer, a father's promise, deaths, excitement, mystery, unconditional romance, beautiful music, and more. What else could you ask for?

This is my favorite movie, no doubt about it. If you want to find out why it's that good, see it. Don't let that viking lady convince you not to see it, that's not opera. Don't let her be inside your mind; instead, let the Phantom of the Opera be there, inside your mind.

High School Musical (2006 TV Movie)

A Discrace To Musicals Everywhere
15 September 2006
This movie sucks! Everybody says that it's so cool, but it's not! And if you look at the working title or other title, it's "Grease 3"! How could they do that? I love "Grease". "Grease" is the word. "High School Musical" and "Grease" don't even compare. This movie is stupid, and isn't even about real life. In real life it's "I hate you," but in this movie it's "We're all in this together!" Hate to break it to you, but high-school really isn't like that. Don't get me wrong. Honestly, I love a romantic (if you would even call this romantic) musical, but this did not make my list. If you want to see a good romantic musical about real life try "The Phantom of the Opera". (Yes, his face is deformed but there are deformed people in real life. No, he's not actually dead. The call hem the Phantom because he wears a mask, he's deformed, most people don't see him, he kills people, he leaves people mysterious notes, and his beautiful music haunts the opera house.)
