Honestly this movie is just great.. the actor and little actress have emotionally good chemistry, this movie is also a family friendly movie.

Without exaggerating or overrating it, the bandit should be existed on IMDb top 250 movie list forever. I finally found one of the best Turkish movies ever-made. Yup! We're talkin about Eskiya. The movie about love, friendship, dilemma, Istanbul and ofcourse The Bandit... (10/10) (+)

• The movie ending gave me goosebumps, that's probably one of the best movie-ending I ever watched

• The movie might be a low-budget movie, that's why some of the scene was not giving us realistic experience, while we still can feel that we're watching it, not to be inside it.
• I found some of the goofs or bad acting, but Sener Sen did the best.

Anyway, this film must survive on top 250 movie list. One of the best foreign film ever.

Visually mesmerizing! You can see a small village, rice fields, adventure and love. Don't fall asleep while watching this movie if you don't wanna miss the magical moments! The movie is enjoyable, played well by talented newcomer actor J. S. Khairen. And hmm, maybe there are a lot of quietness during the film, but that's what the director wanted. Silence has deep messages, if you can keep your eyes open.

Watching this movie is like finding the hidden gem, the character of Mbah Sri is so naturally perfect. Very talented actor & actress, very deep meaningful movie! The movie flows slowly-slowly with the mystery and the riddle. The ending was so unexpected, when the curious & adventurous Mbah Sri had to know the reality.. recommend to watch!
