Forrest Gump (1994)
Forrest Gump's miracle lies in delivering such a real and great solution and hope in such fluid and unpolluted images to the audience.
Robert Zemeckis's acclaimed and desirable creation, or "Forrest Gump," before being recognized as one of the greatest narratives in cinema history or praised for its simple yet powerful storytelling patterns, is one of those fascinating works that beautifully and completely remind the uniqueness of the cinema medium against any other artistic storytelling format. "Forrest Gump" is a work that, in order to reach its lofty thematic horizon, does not resort to strange and meaningful plot twists or to the crazy shocks of recent top films, and as a result, no one can attribute its endless beauties to anything other than the cinema's high potential for creating the most influential effects possible. Instead, in this film, the audience accompanies a person who, due to his problems, is very distant even in his simplicity, with only simple scenes, to learn the most important lesson of life without even a direct hint from the filmmaker, and to find a fresh perspective on the meaning of hope in life.
