The House in Sherwood (2020)
Genuine skincrawler
Again another ff killer from this director and just shows his films are going from strength to strength. I found this as gripping as the last film. on the front of getting under your skin and adding more technology into the film via the use of Facebook live was a great decision and brings it right up to the 2020 mark. I will be waiting with clasped palms to see what comes next. All in all ff has a lot in store with this director.
The Investigation: A Haunting in Sherwood (2019)
Independent splendour
The feel of this film is very gritty and crawls under your skin like a ff film should. I made a point of the film being independent as it has that genuine homegrown British feel to it and I personally feel only adds to the character of the film. Obviously this is purely on a subjective basis and will not be to everyone's taste but it's definitely worth a watch a shows a great promise of what's to come in the industry from this particular director. Good work I say.
The Beach (2020)
Soul enhancing
Really makes you think about life in so many ways. When a man is reduced to nothing, it makes you ponder your own existence quite a bit. Very very interesting experience.
