The film has many faults, but pace and not being fun isn't one of them. The plot is Paper thin and the accents from Lemon & Tangerine are poor and simply not needed - it's gives it a weak Guy Ritchie take that the film never quite shakes off. But if you can look past that you do get a fun action film that doesn't take itself too seriously, does bring the odd genuine laugh and despite the large number of fight scenes, does very well to keep each set piece interesting and gripping.
It's a solid film, nowhere near perfect but very much worth a watch, even if it only ends up reminding you of a dozen or so films that have walked this path and in a far more spectacular fashion.
