Afflicted (2018)
Enjoyed until last few episodes
As a sufferer of birth MCS and now chemical fatigue syndrome from long haul covid, I was relating to the serious and stories, and how some doctors dismiss them. But then like most doctors we encounter the film turns to garbage at the end when they suggest it's all in our minds. This is why people hurt themselves. Grateful I don't have as severe or cases as these folks but I still cannot work for to them. Yet can't get disability because finding doctors who understand and believe you is difficult. You should be thoroughly ashamed.
Expecting Amy (2020)
Thank you
My husband and I are 9 weeks pregnant and Amy's saga taught me a lot while also cackling. Very grateful to not have such complications so far and have the utmost respect for her and all working, expecting moms. Loved getting to know Chris, what a sweetheart. It had my husband getting emotional as he realized "thats going to be us soon."
