Talvar (2015)
BE your own judge
When you watch a movie which is written out of writer's imagination, you know, you it can get thrills and chills out of it, especially when it is written by Vishal Bhardwaj. But when you already know the conclusion of India's most talk murder case, you lower your expectations. Obviously its very recent, right? Not 2 decades old case. Above writing, this is wonderful! Talvar got amazing director Meghna Gulzar, who keeps you thrilling even from starting 10 minutes. Director gives wonderful space to all the cast and takes out best of them. However its Meghna's story-telling and wonderful editing by A. Sreekar Prasad where every scene is perfectly cut and merged into an amazing time line. Its well-researched piece of biopic, where director gives you all the POV's (Point of views) from suspects and instigation teams. And let the audience choose and talk about the movie after hours its over! Just like real life, its not yet been clear of the crime scene and the killer(s) Be your own judge and do the justice. Hats-off to the team of Talvar, and above all Vishal and Meghna for working so close to the project and making an instant classic.
Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015)
Not as Might as before!
Slightly hamstrung as building block for future Marvel Cinematic universe, narrative problems and its into the unknown script. Age of Ultron represents a more action packed and more exciting sequences. But it hardly reaches the irresistible sense fun of its predecessor! While heroes are given equal amount of time and especially more screen time to hawk eye (Jeremy Renner), than last one. Age of Ulton does wins over thrilling editing, CGI and amazing Imax 3D. however this time music takes backseat! Honestly Alan Silvestri gave much better score to The Avengers (2012) than danny elfman this time. Joss Whedon does nice job by not losing the grip over "not-so-good' script with amazingly cheoreocgraphed action! It's a great time at cinema watching, but still The Avengers (2012) remains the winner!
Mr. X (2015)
Better Invisible
I missed initial 2 minutes of Mr.X, and thank god I did! I was expecting this actually to be a okay movie, but it is one of the most horrible experience at the cinemas. Poorly written, terribly acted crafted, mediocre music, wasted 3D Tech, and above all "ready-made dialogues" makes it even bad. I hardly have any sympathy for its makers. Please stop make movies like Mr.X. To be honest I prefer Ram Gopal Verma's Gayab over Mr.X. Horribly acted by Amyra Dastur. She definitely does not deserve to act, please forgive us from your torture. CGI, is yet again poor but I think it was okay. Poor on technical level and okay for implementation. Emraan Hashmi is just okay nothing especial!
