Dune: Part Two - Truly, "The Messiah of Cinema".
10 March 2024
How could you define the word "Cinema"? Maybe I won't be able to, because cinema is not just about words; it's a thing to feel, experience, and immerse in it. The beauty of cinema is a visual fascination that no other thing could yield. The art of light and sound is practically orchestrated to create imagery that gives life to your creativity and imagination.

I'm speechless in front of this cinema that's beyond the masterpiece. Greatest theatrical experience. A filmmaking masterclass that is extraordinary, like never seen before in history, would be unforgettable for the ages to come. Honorable regard for Denis Villeneuve, the one who made it possible. We were not prepared for this.

Some may feel the world of Dune is shallow, inempathetic, and unresonating, or that it's too slow, but indeed, none of them is reasonable until, you yourself experience Dune's masterclass in filmmaking. Dune Part Two appears to have ended abruptly, but it made every effort to reach deep into its roots. The sequel's pacing is a bit faster than the first one, the subtlety is slightly compromised this time but still it doesn't lose its own flow. The film doesn't spend its wisdom on each and every character like Paul Atreides, each character gets a luminescent screen presence, and it's an admiration to be a part of such an epic adventure led by a great cinematic vision. It is undeniably a staggering achievement in the art of filmmaking. Even the big-budgeted films like Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Avatar, Avengers: Endgame would be jealous of this spectacle and fall in love with Dune: Part Two. Next year, Dune: Part Two will sweep the highest number of Oscars nominations for sure (biggest contender).

The desert, sandworms, spice in the air, and sheer beauty of a desolated planet known as Arrakis make us fall in love with it. Dune Part Two is a rare kind of film that we don't usually get to experience. This how a better sequel is made. I don't know how much I love this film, it's limitless and timeless. The love story of Dune and me would go on to infinity. I don't know how the craft of filmmaking was this better, evolved, and indeed achieved its greatest feat. Each aspect is constituted with acute wisdom by each field of work. Director, Denis Villeneuve gives his mind, body, soul, and heart to this franchise. This genius is behind the whole world-building and precipitating us into its land of sand. The visual effects and cinematography are like an oasis in the desert. The star-studded cast quenched our thirst. Hans Zimmer's background score is a companion on our journey. The enormous set designs and costumes embellish them, whereas the sand particles sometimes turn into sandstorms, especially when Harkonnen's shadow falls on the land. House of Atreides is a fallen kindom, but our journey is with Paul Atreides. The Messiah is a future's miracle, but for now it's time to experience the sacred novel written years ago by Frank Herbert, transforming into a flick that defines the contemporary era of cinema. Cinema is one of the magnificent creations that we have; it is an emotion, and it is beyond the flair of words. I'm just taking a moment of silence to calm after experiencing this miracle on the big screen. I felt the integration of visuals and sound. This film looks to be a perfect marriage between cinema and its rudiments. The imagination, creativity, and adroitness of filmmaking thrive in this world of Dune. Every second and every little element that made this megalithic Dune world breathtakingly gorgeous, extraordinarily soul-stirring, and purely a masterpiece that defined a new generation of cinema has been born. The best word to define cinema and the reason I love cinema is simply Dune.... This is Cinema !!

Personally my greatest theatrical experience yet.

Don't miss this rare masterpiece. Watch it on the biggest screen possible, in the theatres nearby you. And who is excited for Part Three.

"A MURDER MYSTERY MEETS TECHNOLOGY AND WE MEETS OUR FUTURE"
30 January 2024
A heartbreaking story, an investigation of lost women, A convention of reputed people across the world, A bunch of saint-type commentaries over the apocalypse of the world are saturated in this Sherlock Holmes-type contemporary whodunit. The makers deliver a fascinating idea while enlivening the mystery-suspense genre. A murder is at the center, where anyone could be the culprit. Emma Corrin is Incandescent, in the lead and her ingenious character is in finding the "who-do-it" person; whereas the beefy cast is also splendid. The technology assists in the whole mystery-solving adventure. The echo of A. I. makes its presence felt. The blistering cold snow landscapes make a shivering impact, and the Cinematography & Editing keep bypassing through the past and present very flawlessly. The show finds its heart in its inclusive, riveting story and its mystifying screenplay, meticulously encrypted and intriguingly decrypted with timely, thought-provoking insights for us. The show tries to reflect our versions in this modern-day world as well as it's like a tale of a dark web. The show ranges from thrilling beats to a heart-rending experience also. After the whooping revelation in its groovy climax, one shall genuinely take a moment to think of their own present life, internally as well as externally. The world is changing, but is it for better or worse?

"A PARADISE OF CHOCOLATE SWEETLY WELCOMES YOU"
21 January 2024
Warning: Spoilers
Wonka is a much needed taste of fondant and delicacy. It's like holding a hot chocolate cup in our hands. A magical story of a chocolate maker, whose mother tells him that it's not the chocolate that matters, but it's with whom you share it. He wants a better place in the world where everbody could dream together happily. The Director Paul King puts a lot of caramel and sweet confectioneries in his film to make his own magic work as saccharine as possible. The predictable story is treated with melodious musicals and few great kind words. Timothee Chalamet is whimsical as Willy Wonka in a hat full of dreams with such perfect casting. The film fabulously dreams into an enchantingly real world. Thanks to the delectable production and costume designs as well as music to make this adaptation delightful. Wonka is a film that doesn't demand a lot of pennies from you to watch it, the treatment is heartfelt and heartwarming, just jingle with Timothee's pleasant voice and savour it like a dream.

"A MYSTICAL APPREHENSION OF BEING HUMAN"
21 January 2024
The Green Knight is a voyage of a person clinching to his inescapable fate. The story traverses through misty-astounding landscapes, different colour-textured terrains and encounters with people and spirits along the way. The stellar cinematography left me absolutely speechless. The Director David Lowery and the lead actor, Dev Patel give birth to a folktale in a very glorious and brilliant style. It is much a story of honour, honesty, courage and a quest of what makes a person, a good person. Metaphorically, the film is extraordinarily rich with its deep themes as well as explores human and nature's dwindling empathy. Give a chance to this bizarre, creative and contemplative chronicle full of artistry in its each frame.

A MYSTERIOUS CHRISTMAS NIGHT IN THE SRIRAM RAGHAVAN'S SPELLBINDING WORLD.
17 January 2024
Sometimes the story is a prizewinner and it simply becomes a sole reason worth watching. The 2024's first major release, Merry Christmas, directed by Sriram Raghavan, is a new and memorable addition to his illustrious filmography and his own mystery universe. Just like his other films, this one is also enchantingly embroidered by style and substance conjointly with a murder in the center of its story. The Merry Christmas's story mostly lies under the stories of its two leads. It's a metaphorical "bird in a cage" story. Both the characters are strangers to each other, met on a christmas night, walks through the streets, goes through long conversations and share each other's past while connecting. The romance is adorable and gently comforting. This is how the genuine interpersonal relationship is developed between them that propels the entire film to its innermost heart. Both the leads, Katrina Kaif & Vijay Sethupathi are the cornerstones of this film and both have surprisingly scene-stealing chemistry. Katrina's sincere performance of her career and Vijay's dynamic range of acting light up each part of the film while pleasantly sharing the screen. Even the cameos are pleasing with their moments. It's a story of love, grief, sacrifice and amalgamation of neo-noir themes. Several references and easter eggs related to vintage cinema, crime fiction and also about Raghavan's own universe are placed in it. The appealing cinematography, editing and production designs are an idealistic illustration, blending romance and crime atmospherically pitch-perfect. There's an excellent use of lighting and ambience throughout the film that is resembling the story's themes. The colorful tints, the Christmas textures, the Bombay aesthetics and the whole disposition of Sriram Raghavan's cinematic style is aptly garnishing. The film tries to convey multiple symbolism regarding its characters and story arcs through its brilliant storytelling and portrayal. The chopping(editing) of the film is brilliant. The truth and secrets are unveiled in the second half of the film, which is engaging and ignites the twists, surprises and the untold part of the narrative. While the first half is splendidly moving while binding the lead characters and building the premise of the main story. The suspense is craftly built till its internal and revelation is not very unpredictable but it's still intriguing. The climax absorbs a game-changing shift. The astounding background score and some soundtracks impress in the pivotal parts of the film. The classic orchestral instrumentals and tracks are devised pretty well along with the gravity of the moments. The film tries to become a classic in its genre, but slightly slither a bit. It's a slow-burn flow that sets off a beguiling mystery- unfolding plot and that's worth it. The film requires your patience to bring its grace and spark. Merry Christmas is an ode to the classy demeanor of stylistic cinema with a layered story. Meticulously crafted screenplay carries a lot of details and everything of the essence. The film tries to standout from other films in the genre and to some extent it does succeed. It's not entirely raw, the originality is insufficient Despite being an adaptation from a French novel Le Monte charge, Merry Christmas is an exemplary film that borrows the concept but furnishes the context creatively to make it rely on its own. The characters, especially the two lead ones possess profound feelings about their broken lives. Their minimal spent hours together tries to express a lot and also does convey movingly. It's a journey where both tries bring merriment in their lives but the love and sacrifice comes in the same shipment. "The night is darkest just before the dawn" is inevitable, that is destined to occur and the consequences of it could either sort out their lives or they will lose with it. Don't miss this rare masterstroke from Sriram Raghavan that invites you to delight on a Christmas date night where the game of love and death becomes a nightmare.

Hi Nanna (2023)

"A KIND-HEARTED FILM THAT DESERVES TO BE LOVED"
11 January 2024
The human bonds are interwoven either by love or responsibility. But some are also by destiny, but still it takes a lot to preserve the bonds. This 2023's film Hi Nanna, directed by Shouryuv and starring Nani and Mrunal Thakur in the lead roles, is an odyssey of a father, daughter and a tangled woman, aka. Mother. Hi Nanna is composed as a family drama as a whole and it steers its very poignant story with exquisite efforts. From the beginning, the film understands its nucleus and intent and so it consistently and beautifully flows through a dreamy tale of love and an array of emotional segments. The non-linear narrative of the screenplay builds layers to the characters. Despite some clichéd parts, the film still floats.

Debut-Director, Shouryuv gracefully deals with the predictable plot by depositing the elegant elements and delivering a heartfelt treatment. The Cinematography drizzled throughout the film, from the Coonoor's picturesque landscapes, to Bombay's monsoon and the transcendent charm of Goa beaches. It articulates the heartwarming nature of the film and makes each frame visually gladen. The film's prime standout aspect is its soulful music. The storytelling is rhythmically driven by the melodic soundtracks throughout the film, the Song "Adigaa" is achingly lyrical whereas "Ammaadi" & "Chedhu Nijam" are lovely songs that binds the bonds. These soul-stirring songs would easily chime in our heart and this is probably one of the best music albums of 2023. Also, the stellar production values and costumes embellish the screens. The story sweetly cuddles with this adorable father-daughter's bond that forms the core of this film. The endearing characters easily make a place in our hearts, even the supporting ones are so good. Ever-talented, Nani leads the tale with his charming spirit and does what he is known for, he pours his finesse of natural dramatic acting. Alongside him, the Gorgeous Mrunal Thakur sways as a breeze and shimmer in each part of the film, her caliber of performing emotional scenes is absolutely excellent. Mrunal's complex character is something she ventured as a bit new. The ravishing chemistry between Nani & Mrunal enhance the beauty of the film. Even the endearing Kiara Khanna delights with these both actors and Pluto, the dog is lovable. Kiara's character pine to know the story of her mother. Thus forms the basis of the whole story. In some parts, the film tries to tell how single parenting is rigorously difficult and it slightly delineates the responsibility of parents towards their children. It somewhat shows how the traumatic past could reflect adverse repercussions through Mrunal's character. Her character is riddled with her past, present and her life's complications. Nani's character is a testament to a father solely raising a daughter and also harrowing for a lost love. The film's introspection into its character is carried by such heart-rending paths. Throughout the film, the blossoming of bonds, especially of the daughter-mother is very heartening. Several scenes are so weepy but seem real, and are genuinely felt. The whole story orbits very much around love and destiny. The three major characters are both the heart and soul of the film, for whom we would root for. The interval block and climatic minutes would bring a bunch of tears as the dearest characters traverse through the odds of fate. Hi Nanna is a saccharine of happiness, love, longing, marriage, family and exploration of human bonds. It's very much like a graceful leaflet that knots to our soul. The extremely compelling performances, a tender-hearted story and a midas touch from the creators, crafts a fabulous chronicle of three souls seeking each other's love and solidarity. Do watch it with a heart, the film is a heartstring of cinema and this outing might go sidelined amongst many other blockbusters but such great pleasurable films deserve more love in the contemporary trends of cinema, so make a place for them too.....

A COLOSSAL CREATION OF SPIDER-WORLD IN THE MOST SUPERLATIVE WAY.
21 August 2023
Miles Morales's story to the next part which traverses through the multiverse. The huge faults create a gigantic messed up cracks and fissures in the symmetrical flow of the timeline. The absolutely astonishing visual style of animation owns this film and teleports it to the place where no other film has reached. This film is bonkers in catering countless creative choices in its every fascinating frame, each looks like a spectacle at best. The graphics and artwork creatively screams and mellows us with its perfect comic style representation. The mega chase sequence with the spider society is an amusing ride. The action sequences are rushing pulses which standout and validify the reason why we shall blow our minds in front of the big screen. The creation team and art team of this film outperforms the first installment and establishes a benchmark for the future of animation. The humour and emotions find a way in this splendid world. The storytelling and narration is well webbed in the long pacing. Miles Morales's appealing storyline is intertwined with multiple other plots across the spider-verse. Gwen's character is a shining lamplight. All the other spideys from different worlds make a place to form the intriguing exploration of the multiverse. The spot is really an unique character choice to add on in the multiverse trajectory. Miles Morales's bond with his parents is an inspiration upon which the story finds a heart and soul. In here also, there is this fate of spiderman, that he or she has to make a sacrifice to withhold the power that flows in him. As every time, the stirring and insightful words from the mentors of spiderman thrives that matters in every storyline to serve the purpose that every superhero needs. The film often softens from its epic tone like a subtle colour to penetrate the bulky ambition and poignant emotions it carries. Probably the finest Spidey film to date. It ends with a cliffhanger, promising a beyond trek. Indeed, this film is a fabulous work of art that reminds us that there is no frontier to creation. It has just pulled us into its world of millions of our own-selves...

MAKOTO SHINKAI'S BREEZE STILL FLOWS LIKE A DREAM.
21 August 2023
The menacing worms loom over the world, these underneath forces will be the cause for a grave tragedy. Suzume, a high school student and Souta, a young man, called to be 'closer', meet with a slight gesture of love and both are pushed in an expedition to lock up the doors of destruction. The road trip to save the land across Japan converges with several human stories and a mission to restore the locks. Suzume's bond with whoever she meets in the roadway is a leaflet of best moments with the warmest people. Each story reflects beauty in human relationships and their livelihoods. The world of this film is magically infused with mystical creatures, a three-legged walking-talking chair, two mysterious meows and so on. The encounter with the frightening realm is a riveting part. The gorgeous visuals are the soul of Makoto Shinkai's film. The sunshine glazing the landscapes, the fluorescent skies above everything, the livelihoods of Japan and the fantasy piercing awes on screen, all these are pitched amazingly. Suzume's endearing core lies in the grief and despair of the tragedies of earthquakes. After losing the dearest ones, what one goes through and how one copes with it, this film steers its way creatively to convey it. The soundtracks chime like there should be no end to it. The picturesque scenery is luminated by the unforgettable music. The supporting characters share a coherence in the story. The wonderful bond of Suzume and her aunt shines best. A scene of a bicycle ride, sheds off an anguish in the motions to reach to the last closeup, there winds and loss flows desperately. Makoto Shinkai once again drives through his extraordinary world and it still feels like a dream to visit atleast once in a life. This film doesn't surpass its predecessors but still stands as the finest, yet another touching experience. A story of where the love leads and where the grief finds the precious piece of hope. It is a wonder to find happiness in the cracks of desolation and it does with a tune that still echoes and will ever after...

A CINEMATIC FINESSE IGNITES AN OUTSTANDING BIOPIC
21 August 2023
Nolan's nonlinear oscillation of Oppenheimer's story soaks one's mind and soul in itself. It fuses and motions through multiple faucets of oppenheimer's life whilst ensuring our wisdom of science and politics on point. Along with one's capable cerebral ability is required to enhance it deeply. His compelling written story traverses into several themes and is ushered by Nolan's direction to a three-hour long work of mastery. The moment you begin to assimilate this master work, you anticipate a flamed-steamy atomic explosion performed practically will blow your nerves off. The repercussions of this mass destruction are perceived with the dazed mind that one hurdles in the echoes of cries and pain. The breathtaking cinematography & a reverberating background score is an achievement closest to the molecules and sightseeing to world of oppenheimer's biopic, it gushes on the screen like a realization of magnificence of cinema and science. The monochrome segment dilutes with conviction of a great craft and revolves to set an intriguing conclusion. The Impeccable Cillian Murphy brings the character to life and so does every other cast suits up to fit considerably well. The trinity test is a place to set up Oppenheimer's regretful invention. The aftermath of success of triumph puts Oppenheimer on a trail that tries to subdue him and here's comes a time when one must stand firm for oneself. Oppenheimer has been left to live in remorse and guilt of his own creation that horrifies him like a death, and so does he says, "Now I am become death, the destroyer of worlds."

A JOLLY LIFE IN PINK IS GLITTERING & HEART-STIRRING
21 August 2023
Greta's satire that evidently seems like a promotion run of Mattel's creations, is beyond the pink dazzle. The sugary-adorable pastels, mostly the pink colour spreads all over the dreamy world of Barbie. Everything that makes it fancy, fizzy and fantastic are the production designs and costumes. Ebullience is lightened by the sparkling musical sequences. The Fabulous Margot Robbie as Barbie is the eminence of this Greta's clever and creative vision. The Cast is typically perfect to saturate in the fantasy. Ryan Gosling charmingly lends a kenergy in the story. The ridiculous banters strives all the way, sometimes little silly but mostly unveils the story's themes. There's a brief mention of Mattel's creation & how they flawed at a place when they aimed to represent a powerful figure. There's a slight malfunction between the fantasy and real world that alters different ideologies to flourish in the fun and laughs. The ideologies shapes into leading an unresolved fragment of humankind. The two contrasting portraits, the Patriarchy & Feminism comes in a fairy tale that once again liberalise the women and evokes them to voice up for themselves and their dilemmas & demands for a treaty for their existence and admiration which is partly void in the flawed-society. The sweet messages are beneath the glaring pink world, that adds a soul in the story. Barbie's exploration in finding the answer to the malfunction leads to many errands along the way. She realises the elegance of tears, her purpose and worth, being imperfect is normal and ultimately the self-discovery immerses in the conclusion. A pink jest is a celebration of womanhood as the flashes of memories flow. Gradually it reaches to hearts of millions with its resembling storytelling. It turns into a tender-mellow tale of Barbie, growing up to understand the sentiments of a human much more. Indeed this elegantly crafted and insightfully written tale drives to a sentimental ending. The heart would be pink, the tears would be pink, hereby you'll love pink.

This Insighful Family Drama Is a Pillar For The Modern Families!!
5 March 2023
We people as a community or the units of a support system, lives and sprawls through our precious life which is full of highies and tides. We individually, differently challenged in our own branches and so swinging and dwelling, lives together, despite all of the odds amongst us, to sow the seeds of a place of comfort, belonging and love. Families are meant to be for that, a place where we all bathe ourselves in the warm sunshine of all these endearing people. With exploring the genial core of a family, this latest film, Gulmohar, streaming on Disney+ Hotstar will might make a room in your heart. A family drama film written and directed by Rahul V. Chittella, starring Monoj Bajpayee, Sharmila Tagore and many more. This is a sweet, heart-stirring and warm emotional story about a family living together in a Gulmohar villa located in the city, Delhi. Soon, they are about to move from this beloved house to their new apartment bought by the son, Arun Batra played by Manoj Bajpayee. The story as usual, follows storyline of a family drama where their dysfunctionality highlights and with times their bonds, relationships and the whole integrated lines gets ruptured due to their multiple personal seeks and hence the conflicts bases the heartbreaking moments, which may brings a lot of tears in your eyes. The family here, decides to depart from their old villa, Gulmohar to their new home after celebrating the festival together in it itself for one last time as it is wished by their grandmother, Kusum Batra played by Sharmilla Tagore. Till, they go, they all once again sways through their beautiful memories about their unforgettable moments, which they have spent in that home for 34 years while simultaneously dealing and encountering to some their own hussels, disputes, dilemmas and truths. The Gulmohar film is so precisely well-knitted kind and benigning story of a family, it stays very much genuine to its theme and representation. The interpersonal relationships in this film are coherently integrated and so further explored, whether it would be a mother-son duo of Sharmila Tagore and Manoj Bajpayee or a father-son duo of Suraj Sharma and Manoj Bajpayee or the duo of a benevolent couple, the Manoj Bajpayee and Simran. Even though, their children leaves heart in the narrative. These people are kind and they love, and at the same time in moments of resentment, they stumbles but even though they are always open to hug once again as accepting the truths and moulding ourselves with times is a moral package in this story for you to pack up.

The writers puts pretty much appealing things on its shore to touch us but due to some tug downs, the plot-point such as same-sex relationship remains too much unframed. But despite this, it's screenplay pastels the story of three generations and their dynamics conveniently. How their ideologies varies and how it leads to inter-conlicts and their are own aspirations and values still collides even the changing times as they should reside on solace for better mutual understanding. Along with reminiscing in the family, the story also creates a very adorable romantic sub-plot, glancing through the eyes of the house's maid and a guard. Their romantic part, too gets a light in this lot to say story and this is definitely one of best part of the film. Gulmohar's writing is indeed layered with thoughtful insights about everyone's life as we all hold ourselves in this construct, known as family to feel the happiness like nowhere and nothing. "Ye Hamara Ghar Tha Jo Humne Eat Pattharon Se Nahin, Rishton Se Banaya Tha." such dialogues from it, are truly an embroidery, offering a glimpse of our personal memories and touches the tone.

The Gulmohar transists in the city, Delhi, the cinematographer, Eeshit Narain revolves through the Delhi's transition in its structure and appearance throughout years. It has been told that the new arising skyscrapers and the eminent constructions taking the place of the old-heartened enamoured homes. Through the multiple flicks, some charming landscapes in the city are sublimely captured. The film looks authentic and generates same cheerful and genial picturaization which needed to amplify the emotions brought by the film's heartfelt notes. This has been equally assisted by the music composed by Siddhartha Khosla, the songs like 'Dilkash' and 'Sapno ki Pakhi' are really blossoming buds of this film. The tender music tunes to our hearts while it entirely processes with emotions, that lands right in the heart, as it brings a shine at the edge of scenes. All the way, the film revels through elegant strings that establishes a very crucial foundation to be connect us.

Speaking of the ensemble cast appeared the film, all of them knows where their room lies and they so perfectly dips in this lovable family. The bond of a mother and son, is the soul of this film and it is mutually cherished by the two bounteous actors, Manoj Bajpayee and Sharmila Tagore. The Manoj Bajpayee as a perfect-imaged son, an irked father, a sustained husband and a typical Indian working man is yet again completely convincing in his shoes while he also assures an absolute competent man is in the charge. His various roles were always bountiful in offerings and so this one also lands flawlessly. His natural sensitiveness elevates as always. It's the Sharmila Tagore, who truly brings the subtle beauty and genuinity on the screen, her comeback is delightful as expected. She as a caring mother, insightful woman and the heart of the family makes herself the real core of the film. Her sincerity lends an honest portrayal of emotions, heightens the much needed support to it's narrative. This duo curves an earnest bond, that seems profoundly true and reliable. Out of the rest of the cast, it's the compelling Simran as Indira and befitting Suraj Sharma as Aditya Batra, who also adds a reasonable values to their parts.

This relatable narrative about almost genuinely represented family is refreshing to watch. Even though it has an usual flowing storyline but it's little expansion in it's theme makes this film Gulmohar truly heartfelt in it's core. The soulful characters and the lovable cast maximises the magnitude of emotions. While you taking off from this home, you for sure going to swell with tears in eyes and maybe you will weep with smiles. The Gulmohar, underlines the family themes without being much melodramatic, that's what makes it wholly kind hearted. Intellecting it's title, Gulmohar is a metaphor for a supportive family and it's strong familial bonds which are gradually disappearing along with changing times as the humanity sweeping from this beautiful world. Rahul Chittella will make you hug this adorable family and it will open avenues for you to feel your own personal moments of happiness which you've spent with your family. It draws you into it, to let you know that how actually the broken shredded pieces of our families are somewhere seem to be oozing from our modern world, as the people in it are forgetting their real roots and undermining their own cores. Instead faulting and wrangling in several inhumane conflicts, we people should truly celebrates and admire the kindness that lies in us. Gulmohar should be definitely your watch, it's relatable and trust it, it's heart is a real heart indeed that your soul will truly feel what it is actually trying to connect to our hearts with the bricks of acceptance and love.

Black Adam (2022)

The Dwayne's Black Adam and the Heroic Justice Society pushes this Film from Tomb to an Epic Smackdown by the Vibrant Visuals !
25 October 2022
"The hierarchy of power in the DC universe is about to change." this is what recently has been said by the everyone's favourite Dwayne Johnson (The Rock) , who is back for his die heart fans with an anticipated DCEU project titled Black Adam, for it he has given his soul and body to make it a hit on a big screen. 2022's only single DCEU's film, the Black Adam directed by Jaume Collet Serra, it's a solo superhero action-fantasy film based on the DC comics character the Black Adam, which served as the 11th film in the DCEU. It sets up the very origin story of the well-known anti hero character, the Teth Adam popularly known as the Black Adam. The film's story takes place in the present day of the city, Kahndaq which is under the rule of Intergang. The story is basically about the intro of Black Adam in the DCEU world. In here, he was prisioned for thousands of years and is now free and he is now confronted by the league of heroes called the Justice Society of America as they consider him as a threat and destroyer instead of a saviour. This is how the story has been set up. The story is actually quite simple and lucid and presented in a linear way of storytelling. This where the film actually felt underwhelming as there's nothing much depth in the story, not enough subplots to make a layered story. The story left much unexplored that it should have and it neither focuses on the other character's story or development and this somehow creates the lack of depth in the overall impact, as well as leaves behind a lot of miss opportunities that could've been achieved. This can be reasoned due to the film's fast pace screenplay and more focus on the rush-thrill experience. The film's story is not that bad but just some more inspirations from comics and emotional depth could have made the story worth telling.

The film presents a heroic tale with a story of revenge and brutality where how actually a power of destruction takes lead to be a saviour and protector. It's about the freedom that has been turned into angst, the justice is yet to deliver for the people, out of it a new type of a hero is born for the people, to whom we call the Black Adam. Talking about the film's actual experience, the film is undoubtedly entertaining from start to the end for the entire 2 hours, you are going glued to the screen for sure because of there's a lot of action sequences and visually attesting scenes packed with adrenaline rushed moments, some cool slow motion action scenes, electrifying background music perfectly blending the non-stop tone, combat battles especially the Black Adam against the Justice Society is utterly standout in the film, where the Hawkman and Doctor Fate truly shines with their powers, costumes and performances. All the costume work is so great, I absolutely loved it, Hawk and Fate are my favourite one. The one of the best thing about the film is the JSA and its characters as they are going to make you hope for more of them in the future projects. They are assigned by the Amanda Waller, whose little appearance is a good to see again moment. I loved the Justice Society indeed. The Aldis Hodge's Hawkman is a bright hero standing against the Black Adam is all the way a dynamic here, want more of him now, he has won the hearts afterall. The Pierce Brosnan's Charismatic Dr. Fate is dazzling and astounding caped hero who is totally scene stealer by every way and will make some inspiring addition to become your lovable one and you will crave for more of him, he will be in your heart for sure. Quintessa's Cyclone is beautiful and winding up some really gorgeous moments whereas the Noah Centineo's Atom Smasher is cool and chill, adding some good humour, providing a fun element. Both the Cyclone and Atom Smasher too deserves much, infact the whole Justice Society !! The other supporting cast is good too especially the Sarah Shahi played her part well in the story.

There is a heavy use of VFX and CGI which is evident so far in the film and it's what is that provides an awesome visual treat, despite the story flaws. The Visuals are no way going to let down the experience and keeping you on the way till the end. They looks lustrous and exuberant in the golden-type of colour grading of the film, offers a suitable atmosphere of staging something epic. The powers, battles and super sequences are all visually bright whether it could be the Black Adam knocking down everything in his way or Justice Society's all great sequences are all visually arresting.

It's the Dwayne Johnson for whom you might be watching it and it's what you should be. The Dwayne's all power and super persona is what elevates the film's experience to take it on a rampage mode. He is all an electrified strong and muscular god-like Teth Adam, and he has completely made a rocking and blasting show on the screen with his mighty screen presence. The Dwayne's epic influence in the real world is as similar to the Adam's smackdown show in the film. His character portrayal is as great as it should be without any doubt and anyway he is a perfect casting choice for the Black Adam. He is definitely again going to win your hearts and make a place as your new super dude, he is a king of this show afterall.

The film is not the DCEU's best film as it has some flaws but it is entertaining and definitely a film to begin the reshaping of the DCEU to make it on next level, with the darkness and brutality. The film is brutal and with too much stuffed action which is what giving us a new world to explore. There's something in the film which doesn't actually incarnate the unique flavour of the DC films which is sort of disappointed. The villian of the film is not even a badass needed to confront the Black Adam and he does not make a long lasting impact to be a near-perfect antagonist as it has not much good character build up and neither an unforgettable one. The climax battle is as good as others with a feel of a complete spectacle. The film's Direction with some consideration is good competent and works for the part but it could have been even better than this. The director has done none any so exceptional work but then also it's not so bad, it's mediocre but gives you to have a two hour experience to elevate your all superhero show. As the film does not stand on point to call it best by anyway but still you should must watch it, there's a kilos of fun and action that guarantees your good time. You will be entertained with this kind of Dwayne Johnson's show with awesome action and spectacular visuals which makes this film shine and roar. There's a mid credits scene which is utterly so special that is waiting for you there to surprise and make you haul with a just little cameo. After watching it, you may not stop yourself from dreaming for the future DC universe with a promise of an epic showdown. This film sets a lot of more opportunities for the DC's future. The film is absolutely going to worth your time and if you are a superhero or Dwayne's fan then it's an incredible package for you to rock and smash this year with a lot of punches and lightning. Indeed, my experience was truly enjoyable and loves my watch. The film has definitely delivered what the Dwayne had promised, it's entertaining with holding you by its mega wholesome action of entertainment. Watch it to have some lightning and a new hierarchy.

Black Adam (2022)
7/10
The Dwayne's Black Adam and the Justice Society pushes this Film from a Tomb to an Epic Smackdown Show with the Vibrant Visuals !!!
24 October 2022
"The hierarchy of power in the DC universe is about to change" this is what recently has been said by the everyone's favourite Dwayne Johnson (The Rock) , who is back for his die heart fans with an anticipated DCEU project titled Black Adam, for it he has given his soul and body to make it a hit on a big screen.

All the costume work is so great, I absolutely loved it, Hawk and Fate's my favourite one. The one of the best thing about the film is the JSA and its characters as they are going to make you hope for more of them in the future projects. They are assigned by the Amanda Waller, whose little appearance is a good to see again moment. I loved the Justice Society indeed.
