Watch as he tries to conceal his identity as an electrician, a call center agent, as part of his seminar crew and one of their students. The undercover boss also showcased his soft side in the end, where he goes one on one with his featured employees.

Overall a typical episode where the boss gets to feel the ins and outs of his company from the inside.

And a happy ending in the end.

Many folks don't know much about Armando and how he can be funny at times, and this production just amplified it.
