Never saw the anime. This is ok. Character developement isn't happening. Treat this more like a live action clip show of the main story points I guess. So a fsilly dumb watch. Definitely no budget to do the much and seems like they didn't expect a 2nd season. Expect youtube clippers to make trendy viral comps of the fight scenes and enjoy the camp/cringe.
