This episode is very good.

Kiba is one very important character and in this episode he absolutely shine.

I would say that this episode gives more screen time for both genin kiba, his dog akamaru and for almost never explored cla inuzuka.

So this episode is bad, it is a unnecessary episode, nothing new.

I would consider it the worst of all the naruto episodes.
