Of course I am a fan of the original movie and should not compare the two.........but..........this is just bad. Not bad as a remake/sequel it is just bad.

The songs are annoying and poorly inserted into the story, the iconic lines taken from the original were butchered and the new lines are terrible and do not blend with the vibe.

The only two actors that do a good job in their role is Damian and Cady. The rest or grossly miscast.

The character of Janis is butchered to the point of being unbelievable and insulting.

The character of Karen is played so stupid and childlike, she is hard to watch.

It is worth watching.....because you have to....but zero stars.

The low rated reviews are from unhappy people This movie takes established characters from the 80s/90s and gives them personalities that fit today. The writing is funny and the nostalgia is overflowing.

This is a version of Chip and Dale that kids that grew up can enjoy 30 years later. While keeping the grown up audience entertained, it will also be fun for the younger veiwers. Disney should put effort into more projects in this same manner. It is not a surprise that this won an Emmy. Great movie. This movie deserves an 8.5, but I have to give it a solid ten to make up for the unhappy whiners who gave it a 1 because it hurt their childhood lol.

Only a few episodes in and pleasantly surpised. Felt very nostolgic, while also fresh and young. Adults will be enterained from the grown up humour while kids will enjoy the fun. If you have given up on the muppets from some lf the shows in the last decade.....give this one a shot. It is so much better. So much fun! So much muppet mayhem! Focusing on the band instead of the regulars allows the creative team to keep to the muppet spirit while creating a new and exciting show. Very glad i gave them another shot. You will not be disappointed. I hope Disney Plus continues to add more muppet content.

Jennifer Coolidge is a gem as always. She steals every scene she is in and distracts from the weak story. Each episode is addicting as more mysteries are layered in. As always Ryan Murphy shows his lack of storytelling skills by ruining the end. There are no answers. It seems like every twist and turn is thrown in to add to the total episode count.

Naomi Watts does a great job, but again there is no pay off. How did this all star cast sign on to this mess of a script. Even after reading the disapointing reviews I thought they were wrong. Then the last episode came. I regret waistuling 7 hours.

Funny nostalgia! Fun movie to watch on a Friday night. Hey high and get dumb. I put off watching this because I figured it would be bad. I was wrong....great movie.

The characters of Moria and Alexis may be 2 of the best written/acted characters ever written for a comedy series. All the characters work so well together. I can watch this any day of the week.

Such a fun show. They do not write characters like this anymore. 40 years later all these characters are still relatable. The situations may be dated......but still relatable. Laugh out loud moments, especially when Blair plays up the comedy. Under all the comedy.......is heart. Love it.

Was not expecting something heartfelt and relatable. Amy Schumar surprised me. Didn't think she was a great actress before this.

Good concept.....good cast.....but execution is terrible. Seems more like a Disney Channel show for kids.

It seems like a bot wrote this move based on what it thought 80 year old women would want to see on their deathbed. All the characters have changed......all the magic is gone.......all the cringe is added.

Waste of time.... I want 2 hours of my life back. How did this get made. Embarrassing. Totally terrible................................................ not enough terrible things to say.

Emmy award for Annie Murphy. Amazing show. Not what you expect.

Anyone who gives this movie more than 1 star ......should be locked up. What did I just watch.

Finally a female super here movie that got it right. Loved every relationship, character and action scene.

Both perfomances are subtle and powerful. Aniston as a woman in physical and mental pain makes you feel every moment. The small moment of love and acts of kindness from both Aniston and Barraza's characters drive this movie forward.

Very calm and beautiful. Easy to relate to this girl.

Amazing, sad, funny, sexy, raw, tragic, honest, weird.......watch it.
