Wow.

I gave the other episodes a 7, 8 and 8 respectively. This makes me want to give them a 4.

The rise in the standard of the music, animation, storytelling, pacing, meaningfulness in this episode compared to the rest is just amazing.

The way this deviates from the main story is just heartbreaking, captivating, unique, and outstanding. Way more originality than the first 3.

The only reason I'm giving it a 9 and not a 10 is because I've learned to be stricter with my ratings. This is truly a good episode that I don't think will be topped, but it may be, so I'm giving it a 9.

Much better pacing then the first episode. The changes that happen with the story are also a lot more bold then Captain Carter, which definitely turns out to be a good thing! Other positive things too that will take too long to mention, just watch the episode!

Only thing is.. So. Much. Unneeded. Comedy.

I know the mcu has a lot of unneeded comedy but jesus this episode took it to the max. With such a short runtime there is wayyy too much comedic relief with *clears throat* certain characters. It completely takes you out of the story and just annoyed me so much.

Overall, great episode, and a great improvement from the first one. Ignore reviews saying the pacing is bad, it's 1000x better than the first episode and I think it fits well!

Decent start

Wasn't emotionally invested at all in the story, really good animation though.

Voice acting seems really awkward at times, like its from a video game almost. Some grunting in the fight scenes wouldve helped to make it more natural.

Decent story but no real impact, could've gone a lot further with how it changed. Do you really think they would've gotten to the exact same train scene with Captain Carter? Idk.

Really funny easter eggs in some of the dialogue and camera angles if you're paying attention!

All in all, Captain America has never been my favourite so maybe thats why I'm rating it a 7. I see how some people will love this episode, and I did enjoy it, I just think a lot of the other episodes will be a lot better!

Looking forward to the rest of the series, it started on a good note.

This episode really felt like classic rick and morty writing again.

Realy enjoyed the "memory rick" plot, I thought it was quite clever.

In this episode we explore a lot more of ricks backstory and finally some needed lore added to the show.

Hopefully the one hour finale next week ends this season on a super high note!

A solid improvement.

I really enjoyed episodes 1, 2 and 3 but episode 4 and 5 were pretty atrocious. This is a very solid episode to come back with.

Only complaint is that Rick and Morty really felt like background characters in a show based on the President's adventures. However I still trust the writers, so im really hoping a reason for the sidelining will come to fruition later in the season with a big twist.

If it turns out that the reason for this choice of sidelining the main characters is due to lazy writing and nothing else, then the show's turned to trash.

Loki: For All Time. Always. (2021)

Slower paced, but still great.

While this episode was a bit more slow paced compared to 5 and 4, it was great. It really delivered as a SOLID finale, unlike Wandavision and FATWS. This sets up so many movies (ant man, spiderman, dr strange), im so excited for season 2, and i really hope this loki comes back to the main timeline with all the avengers.

Only reason this is a 9 is because the actor playing kang felt like a bit too much sometimes, like he was trying too hard. Not really something I hated per say, he was GREAT at points, just felt weird sometimes.

Black Widow (2021)

As a spy action movie, it had everything you need!

Look. While I respect them massively, I don't read comics, I never have, and I think it's okay for movies to take creative licence when basing a story on comics. People get so angry over things that movies change! It is a movie! Not a comic. I liked Taskmaster in general! I wish they won more fights, but apart from they they seemed pretty badass.

Anyway to the plot. I enjoyed it. The twists are nice and unexpected throughout, the acting is great, the fight scenes are creative for the MCU, and the CGI is outstanding as always. I really enjoyed this movie, more than a lot of other Marvel Movies, like Thor 1 and 2, Iron man 2, Captain America, etc etc.

So many people base their reviews off of the comics. JUST ENJOY THE MOVIE FOR WHAT IT IS, A MOVIE!

I think it's great.
