Terim (2022)
You are all champions in my eyes
Fatih Terim's documentary is generally a documentary based on the Galatasaray period. Although there are Italian and Turkish periods, the focus is on the seasons in which Fatih Terim was more successful.
Especially since Galatasaray is a series based on the Uefa cup, the ratings and human comments are naturally a bit biased.
When you look at it as a documentary, the documentary was inspired by Last Dance and given in close perspective in anecdotes.
If you are interested in Football, it will be very useful to watch. Because the success achieved in that period is still not a repeated success and it sheds a very good light on that period. At the same time, it is a documentary in which the importance of human ambition, belief and motivation is beautifully explained.
Ted Lasso: Man City (2021)
This Episode Explained Much and Created Incredible Storylines
It is the first time a show made me come and review.
The gender norm they play in Rebbeca is so good. If a man was having an affair with a younger girl, it is celebrated which we have seen in previous episodes with her ex-husband. So adding that storyline is sort of a critique and I see most people didn't see that.
The Jamie part was also really good, I presume Roy would have a similar background according to his though boy stance. So he was the one related to that which lead to him comforting the only player he seems himself so far emotionally. If I had to guess when this show wraps everything they will give Jamie a Golden Boot and him tanking Roy as a father figure. Probably their relation will start to act as one.
The Ted part was emotional as F.... . I don't come from an abusive household but I have seen my friends inside one. Some of them cope it same as Ted. Taking nothing serious and trying to bring joy they miss in their childhood. Also, his father's suicide explains lots of his behavior. Probably the emphasis on "Hope" in earlier episodes was the sole thing that kept him going. And also kudos to the crew that created character looks, each character's look transpires their emotional stance. Ted's mustache can be interpreted as a fatherly figure look and his speech with Jamie on the earlier season make more sense.
Apple needs to invest in this show so much more in the Us and Europe. This is probably the best sports drama and has high potential. It would be amazing to see a cameo from Ronaldo, De Bruyne, and Lukaku. Also, Alex Ferguson or Pep would be amazing to see in a show even if it is a short cameo.
