Atrangi Re (2021)
amazing
The gossamer-thin storyline strains credibility but that is the least of the film's problems. It also takes an appallingly cavalier stance on mental trauma and its long-term effects.
No Time to Die (2021)
just amazing
No Time To Die was indeed a great way to end Daniel Craig's tenure as James Bond. The film has had some interesting stuff like: Felix coming back, Bond becoming a broken and wounded character that Craig did, the opening credits giving us a callback to some previous bond films, and even some emotional depth to the story. Madeline Swann was much better in this one and she's been given some more screen time. Although Felix Leiter and Blofeld's deaths were shocking, Daniel Craig's version of James Bond's death was sad and devastating, but a great end to Daniel Craig's tenure as bond. His performance was always electrifying and never disappoints me. He was also a great Bond as well, becoming more of a broken, wounded, cold, heavy and brutal Bond that he was from his 15 year run from the series. There were a couple of minor flaws sometimes, in which I can't remember in this flick. On the other hand, Ana de Armas was beautiful, funny, fantastic and kick's butt in action as Paloma. The action sequences were exciting, nail biting and suspenseful. There were some emotional moments and tense scenes and powerful moments too. Rami Malek as Safin, in my opinion was scary and creepy. The pre credits was really great and action packed as well. The score by Hans Zimmer was great too. Plus, the score having callbacks and musical cues of On Her Majesty's Secret Service and Casino Royale was a nice touch and executed really well. Billie Eilish's song was chilling and haunting, it even fits well with the opening titles with callbacks to classic bond title sequences from past films like: Dr. No, Thunderball, On Her Majesty's Secret Service, Goldfinger, From Russia with Love and some bits of Goldeneye. Although Bond's death disappointed some fans, to me; it's a really great and emotional scene for Craig to have his powerful and emotional end from his long serving run as James Bond, after 15 years. NOTE AND SPOILER ALERT: Make sure to stay during and until the end of the closing credits, because the credits say and confirm the four words that every Bond fan wants see: "JAMES BOND WILL RETURN." Yes, we're actually going to get another Bond film in the near future with a new actor coming on board. Hopefully when Bond 26 gets underway for sometime, we're hoping the next Bond can bring another or similar take to either actor who formerly played bond and maybe go back to the old fashioned and fun Bond that we've missed and had from 1962 through 2002. Go check this film out, you don't want to miss it! We can't wait to see who the next James Bond will be for Bond 26 in the near future. I hope that Henry Cavill gets the Bond role. Even though the film may not gross that much as other films from the past did, I hope the film gets awards someday. Maybe, Craig should get the best actor in leading role award at the Oscars for his performance in this film.
Regardless of some mixed reviews that people have had issues with this flick, I really enjoyed No Time To Die.
Also Daniel Craig, if you are seeing my review, I just wanted to say: Thank you for a great 15 year run as James Bond and all of us will miss your bond so much. Also, enjoy your post 007 career and enjoy your life! You deserve it!
Daniel Craig's James Bond maybe gone, but the franchise is going to continue, with future James Bond films to come with new actors and even no signs of slowing down.

Nalssiga joeumyeon chajagagesseoyo (2020)
simple beautiful love story
SLOW, SIMPLE YET DEEP
Initial impressions (After 4 Episodes):
Set in a beautiful countryside, the show presents budding romance between a Bookstore owner & a lonely cello player, who also happens to be his crush.
After a slow start, we now get to see more of the guy - his unique bond with the mountains & the girl's gloomy past - her difficulty to trust others leading to loneliness.
We also get to see a small group of people around them, who gather at the bookstore sharing warm stories & poems on cold winter nights.
The show portrays loneliness, healing, forgiveness & love. Perfect for those who prefer calm, relaxing content.
Looking forward for more.
Update (Ep8): Some stories perhaps look better when they are told at a slow pace in a simple but touching manner. The lead pair has come a long way from where they started - the makers tries to get the viewers feel their emotions & circumstances for quite sometime before letting off their reticence & embrace solace beautifully. The next few sequences should be a treat for romance lovers. The OST's are good - the second one in particular (Doors of Time). Admire adaptability of both Seo Kang-joon & Park Min-Young - very different from their usual noisy roles.
FINAL WORD
The slow pace of events ends at Episode 8 as the plot twists & later dives into what lies behind all main characters - their shady past, feelings, reasoning and also how (at present) they tackle perceptions/guilt arousing out of some (past) tragic events/mistakes. What's intriguing is that we discover both explicit but more of hidden feelings of various characters, purely coming out of affection/concern for their loved ones. In the end, with the passage of time, all wounds must heal, reticence should go away & love can find its place.
The ending was a bit abrupt, yet it did give a nice feeling.
Those who like a plain, simple drama that looks very natural (with very less noise) can definitely watch this. I should mention once again, both Seo Kang Joon & Park Min Young did well - their chemistry and adaptability were good - especially the latter looks completely different compared to her usual (Kim Mi So/Kim Na Na type) electric roles.
My only complaint is that this show aired late - it's summer now - this could had been best watched on a cold winter night. Anyone reading this in future - try watching this during winter time!
