Obi-Wan Kenobi: Part VI (2022)
What the show should have been
This was what I imagined the show to be, a cat and mouse chase that builds a bit more to the Original trilogy. This episode has almost avoided every problem the previous episodes had, no awkward sections that feel like obvious padding, a focus for the confrontation between a former master against his former apprentice and rarely any "why bother moments". Admittedly the ending does feel a bit rushed and the finale probably would have felt more satisfying if they didn't screw up on the previous episodes and focused more so on Kenobi developing and vader getting closer to him.
Hagane no renkinjutsushi (2009)
Nearly the best show ever made
Brilliant plot, really great and memorable characters, fantastic world building, one of the best made magic systems, perfect voice cast for both subbed and dubbed. Unfortunately the "comedy" almost prevented it from becoming the best show ever made.
The Tomorrow War (2021)
So many plotholes that it's distracting
This movie had so much potential to be so much greater, instead it just ended as the same kind generic cliched action movies Hollywood always produces. The film is full of many plot holes that it makes it very hard to enjoy it.
Even worse is how much this movie has wasted time, it had so many options to expand upon such as the aftermath of getting drafted, the daughter's life before meeting her father in the past or even better the origins of the Whitespikes. The movie however though it was more entertaining to waste the audience's time by developing toxins which ended up becoming useless because they killed them with c4 (they did use it to kill the queen but if would just have the same impact if they used other weapons)
Hopefully the sequel (or prequel) focuses more on its other options, but other than that my opinion for the tomorrow war hasn't changed.
