Great adventure movie!
13 September 2022
A very entertaining and funny movie. In addition, it is clear that they have tried to make it like "old" movies, with the story, characters and way of filming much more classic than modern movies. The only thing missing is the visual effects, which, unfortunately, are very noticeable, especially since it is a "period" film. Otherwise, highly recommended. The action is tastefully shot, the gory scenes aren't shown in great detail, and the characters and actors are good enough for you to worry about them. I loved Amber Midthunder ever since the wonderful "Legion" series. Naru is my new female hero.

Fantastic!!!!

Ibañez Serrador's first film is a hypnotic wonder full of subtlety. Nothing is what it seems and it has a really surprising ending. The best is the cast, without a doubt. And photography. It looks like an American or British movie and not a Spanish one shot during the Franco dictatorship. It is highly recommended.

Between Hammer Films and William Castle
16 October 2021
Spanish film that has horror and thriller. It is a proud B-Class (that color and "spots" in the image), and that is clearly a tribute to that type of cinema. The plot is not original at all, and I don't know if it is appropriate for the characters to be the way they are, especially the protagonist, who does not have time to digest anything very well due to how short and fast it is, although, nevertheless, that it's a blessing! You can see the precariousness in many scenes despite the fact that the director manages to make them work, but the best thing is the music and the interpretations of the three protagonists. Almost between a Hammer Film and William Castle movie.

The first Waldemar Movie
14 October 2021
Warning: Spoilers
The first film of the mythical Waldemar Daninski (Paul Naschy) is this emblematic story of werewolves, which is almost a crossover, since the bad guys are vampires. Today's makeup and montage may seem crude or strange, but it had a lot to do with the censorship in Spain. The truth is that it is a very funny and entertaining movie, and Naschy has a lot of charisma. I recommend it.

Weird movie
14 October 2021
It is a strange movie, shot in black and white, with absurd huor and two locations. On many occasions it is not understood what is happening, or where the characters are going (I think it is something about another dimension, but unlike masterpieces like "Primer", there is nothing of scientific rigor here because it is a comedy) , or because there are no more zombies (? Lack of budget?). The good news is that it lasts only 72 minutes and goes by quickly. I've seen worse.

A great disater
14 October 2021
This film mix is based on the comic, and although there are certain similar aspects, almost the same, what matters is whether the film is entertaining, interesting or funny. It is not at all. The dialogue is ridiculous, the special effects sloppy and the direction is ugly and bad. But the worst thing is the leading actor, without charisma, without strength and without anything. A nonsense.

Awesome!
14 October 2021
Perhaps the best Spanish horror movie of all time. The great Narciso Ibañez Serrador brings us a chilling story where children are the bad guys. There really is no logical explanation for why what happens, but it doesn't matter. It is truly terrifying to see what children do, and above all, what adults cannot do, precisely because their enemies are children. Notice that it is better to see it in its original version (English with some dialogues in Spanish).

The good first movie of Balaqueró
14 October 2021
I never liked Jaume Balagueró's pretentious short films like Alicia's, but I love his first film. It's a cult thriller that's really cool. It has ups and downs but Xavi Jimenez's photo is impressive, and most of the actors are very effective (especially Emma Villarasu). The ending is very shocking ... although too fast. Without a doubt a little classic of Spanish cinema.

Absolutly terrifier!
14 October 2021
One of the scariest movies I have ever seen! Besides being really scary, and there are very shocking moments (the old fat woman), there are also epic moments of humor (like the character of Carlos Lasarte, and with a surprising ending. It is undoubtedly the best of the saga.

One of the best Spanish horro movies
14 October 2021
One of the best horror movies. Whether you believe or not if the story is real or not, the truth is that the cast is impressive (especially the leading girl, Sandra Escacena, an his young brothers...absolutly awesome!). He does not abuse easy scares and the climax is really terrifying (the mattress has left its mark on me). It's from the director of Rec, so the quality was scrawled.
