For God's sake .... !! Watch ! this !! Film!!
15 December 2005
OK. If u are a girl, Don't watch this. It's a film full of male humour and I personally enjoyed it to the max. There were times that i covered my eyes not to see the stupid things Deuce was doing, and my laughter woke up the neighbourhood. First, i loved that it was filmed in Europe. It's a beautiful place and Amsterdam rocks! Second, it was just the way the movie was developing that kept me on my seat until the end. And i could switch the DVD off if I wanted. Lots of rude jokes. Great actors, especially Kostas Sommer and Alex Dimitriades, they were part of the gigolo gang. If u expect a deeper meaning into the film, there is one. Become a gigolo! :)

If ur patient, ur gonna adore this

U will cry and ull love this by the end of the movie. Futterman is excellent in this odyssey and misleads u quite often as to what the real plot is.

As I was watching the film, I must admit I was tempted to stop it as I couldn't see where it was going.

U will not understand until the very end what did really happen. Its like a present wrapped in too much paper and taken different shape than what it really was.

A very different approach of homophobia in NYC that will make you think....Again. Well done Dan Futterman! keep up the good work.

Captivating Classic
7 October 2003
There are no words to describe a masterpiece like this.

I bumped into it while changing channels on the TV.

The cinematography, photography and direction were excellent. Once again Guyneth Paltrow proves that she is so good at what she does and together with gorgeous Ethan Hawke they manage to nail you to your seat and hold you touch you and thrill you.

Verdict: DONT MISS IT 20/20

Life and death as you have never seen it before
20 May 2003
No one is really ready to face death, even though it is the most certain part of our lives. Everyone dies one way or another. What happens after that is a different story. This movie describes a family torn apart by death and the way everyone is affected. No matter how tough you think you are, get ready for a different experience. Especially if you've lost someone already. Captivating performances by the cast, fantastic visual effects, a clever plot. I must admit I didn't even notice the film when it was released in the theatres, and my eye caught a television trailer a few weeks ago that made me search for it at the local video store. It's a film that you'd love to see over and over again. Keep a pack of tissues near by. It'll come handy. Excellent.

Charlie's Angels (1976–1981)
Classic and Unforgetable
18 March 2003
I never quite figured out what made me jump out of joy every time the show started when I was a kid. The 3 gorgeous girls or their personalities. Maybe it was also that their characters were somewhat.. extraordinary. C'mon do u know a lot of people's sisters or daughters who are detectives and they kick a**? Didnt think so. The show was brilliant. The plots were clever, excellent guest stars, (Remember Patrick Duffy?) But i was really unhappy when Farah left. It was only after sometime I got to love Cheryl Ladd, and be glad she stayed on till the end of the series....Still what a joy it was every time Farah returned for an episode or two..! Kate Jackson. The studios should have made whatever it took to keep her. The show was never the same after she was gone Shelley Hack, Tanya Roberts. Totally and utterly inappropriate choice. No further comments.

The new Angels..? Oh come on! Lets get serious. I was so dissapointed with the first movie but I am happy to see that Jaclyn Smith is going to be in the new release in the summer. That! I wanna see!

If u didnt have the chance to watch the original series, dont wait a sec. Go to get it NOW. 10/10

Absolutely hilarius!!!!!!!

This is a terrific comedy. I must admit I had the laugh of my life. Although I did not see the original french version, I was told that it is a very good remake. Robin Williams is excellent as always! If you have an open mind you should see it. It's worth it. Excellent performances by all the actors. The plots just develops from funny to absolutely hilarius so no revelations there. Just order a pizza and let the show begin. VERY VERY VERY GOOD!

breathtaking film, outstanding performances you only wish it won't happen to you.
26 April 2002
We have all thought that certain incidents that we can't explain or the explanation we were given was inadequate, could be because of a greater secret plan or conspiracy, i.e Elvis death, Princess Diana's accident or JFK's assasination are some of those mysteries. Well in this film Mel Gibson sees a conspiracy everywhere and tries to pursuade Julia Roberts, that certain 'incidents' weren't quite as they seem. His whole behaviour though tends to be slightly psychotic and therefore no-one really pays attention to him. Except for Julia, who's not quite sure what to believe. Until the day that Mel is abducted by Patrick Stewart and then gets away, only to show up in the justice department where Julia works, all covered in blood. When Julia hears his story she starts wondering for the first time '...what if....' The story becomes faster and faster and now Julia is a target too.

Outstanding performances, great script, brilliant direction.

WELL DONE!

Moulin Rouge! (2001)

Exciting, moving, totally outstanding performances and a brilliant soundtrack
14 February 2002
I had already heard how others had valued Moulin Rouge and the comments were mixed so when I decided to see it, I wasn't prejudiced for or against. I was extremely pleased by the talent revelation of both Kidman & Mc Gregor. Nicole, has been full of surprises this year but this is a miracle. The blend of old and new songs with the legend of Molin Rouge was exceptional with the 'Like a Virgin' topping the show as it was performed by MEN????!!! I will class this as a rare sample of fine cinema, and will dare to compare it with other masters of the kind like Evita and Grease. The addition of a tragic ending 'amour', has given the film a touch of 'Love Story', with Ryan O'Neal and Ali Mc Graw.

There's only one verdict. Get it and treasure it. 15/10!

Fame (1982–1987)
Thrilling, Exiting, Romantic, Absolutely Brilliant!
26 November 2001
This is a TV series that raised the dreams and hopes of a whole generation. Everything was so well arranged, and the story was well written that you just had to watch the next episode. The soundtrack included excellent songs performed by the cast and on occasions the series hosted famous guest stars. Maybe the actors were not Brando Dean and Monroe but they all gave that little bit of pure artistic glamour. The show was really taken Europe by storm and for a long time it was a must to know what was going on. Something like the '90201' of the nineties. The School of Arts in New York was set to make stars and stars it made. The '80s would have never been complete without this. If you do have a chance to see the early years of the show don't miss it. 10/10
